Then, Rose saw it. Shard sitting outside a cave in the distance.

[wolfrunner]

"That scent. Anyone else starting to pick up that scent again...or is it just me?", asked Jailbird as they neared the cave.

[JoyfulHeart]

''No, its not just you'' Rose motioned towards the cave. ''That's him''

[LupineLeopard]

Shard saw them and growled. he stood up and padded into the cave and picked up lyla by her neck and dragged her down a tunnel.

[wolfrunner]

Jailbird growled and started taking off into the cave. When she was inside she started to sniff around for the scent. It didn’t take long to pick up Lyla’s scent and howled long and loudly. She beared her fangs and started into the tunnel.

[LupineLeopard]

Shard heard him and dashed down the tunnel with lyla, fast.

[wolfrunner]

Jailbird was frustrated she couldn't catch Shard still. So she had an idea and fell silent before slowing to an aggrivated trot. She headed on but kept an eye out for any passage ways branching off of the tunnel she was in. If she found one she might be able to use it to cut off Shard.

[LupineLeopard]

Shard set down lyla in front of something at the end of the tunnel and dashed off, fast, his tail between his legs.

[JoyfulHeart]

Rose bounded as fast as she could into the cave, rushing down the tunnel, and saw Shard dash out of the tunnels. Then she saw a small figure in the shadows, Lyla.

[LupineLeopard]

A large wolf stepped out of the shadows, grinning maniacly. It was snipe. There were tons of dead wolves around him in the cave. His pelt was splattered with blood and so was his knife.
