Crow~ Jaypaw stared at Grasspaw. "Be his apprentice but if he bothers you just tell me ok?" he mewed to her in her mind. (I'm gonna call it minding XD) He stared at Icestar again wondering why he was thinking of his mother. He saw everything he saw as he concentrated on his thoughts.

Crow~ Icestar staredat Jaypaw and bowed his head suddenly. He loved Echolight too much to kill her only kit. "I'm sorry Jaypaw. Tawnyspots can be your mentor and im sorry too Grasspaw. You didn't deserve that." He jumped off the High Rock and ran to his den. Never again would he challenge Jaypaw, or so he thought.

(Oh and my cat is called Fawnspots, not Tawnyspots.)

She looked up at Icestar, "It's ok, and sorry I asked you such a daft question, I don't know what came over me."

Crow~ Jaypaw layed down and waited for Grasspaw. He hoped that she would lay next to him. Now he had a dire will to protect her at the cost of his life. He liked her since she treated him kindly and defended him.

Grasspaw went up to Jaypaw and lay next to him. She like Jaypaw, he was very brave and strong, and even if he couldn't talk she didn't care, nothing changed the way she felt about him.

Grasspaw woke up to see Jaypaw laying beside her. She got up and streched. She started going over to the fresh kill pile.

Jaypaw felt cold without Grasspaw beside him so he got up and stretched. His front paw was hurting but he could walk on it still. Heading towards the Freck Kill Pile, he bowed his head to Grasspaw and waited for Fawnspots to call him over too.

Icestar awoke in his den and waited outside. "Grasspaw! Come here." he called across the clearing.
