Holly wrapped her tail around him slowly "I know, she was a great wolf" she whispered softly. She turned to watch him almost spitting the words out, but now was not the time.

Bat sighed once more, feeling gratefull that Holly was here. Strangely, he didn't actually mind she was here, if it where any other wolf, he'd of snapped at them if they'd tried to comfort him, but it felt more..natural for her to be here, as if she where a friend, not an enemy.

Holly sighed softly and looked up at him smiling "You know, this happened to my motehr when father died, but she abandoned me" she whispered, almost turning unto a growl, she then got up, her teeth clenched. She then lowered herself and let her eyes turn back to blue and shook her head softly. She sat back down and wrapped her tail around him again "She was rotton" she whsipered.

Bat smiled softly, "Sometimes, there is no point in parents, they just end up being dissapointments" he said quietly. "Mine abandoned me with this..agency, if that's what you could call it. They teach wolves to kill before they can hunt, to make others feel pain before they die. I actually managed to get away before they killed me, then I found out that my mother had had..more than one mate" he said, his nose wrinkling into a half snarl. "She'd been with a demon before my father, which is why me and Malon are brothers, both hate our old mother, except he was the one who killed her, not me" he said, his voice sour.

Bat blinked in surprise, before nodding his head once and resting his chin on her shoulder, feeling comforted simply by her presence. He decided that she would be the antidote to his broken heart, and even gave her a small smile.
