Mistflower purred softly, she was of course proud of her own two sons that were more than on track for their training. Though they needed maybe a few more lessons but they were almost done, she was a proud mother of them of course. “You’re welcome Tigerstar,” she bowed her head before nuzzling her friend once. “I’ll see you after the patrols and it looks like Thunderfall found two others for you guys to go with.” She smiled at the leader before she headed over to Brindleclaw to ask about joining the patrol later on in the day. “Hey Brindleclaw, later after training with Weaselpaw I need you and Minkpaw to come on a patrol with me.”

Weaselpaw looked up at Wildtail as the warrior had came over and he quickly had gotten off of her, nodding his head once. "That'd be nice Wildtail, I mean we were already doing that--well in a more playful way to be honest with you," he shifted some before he looked for his mentor, he should be up by now. He playfully used his tail to hit Minkpaw's nose as he spotted his mentor. "I'll go ask him Wildtail!" He purred and raced over to his mentor. quickly as he was more excited to show to his brother how much better he had gotten. "Brindleclaw! Wildtail wants to know if we can all train together."

He pouted some as his mother had came over, he couldn’t help but be upset on the fact he wasn’t included. But he knew they rarely did multiple apprentices on patrols, it just meant he would probably go on one the following day.

"Oh, good morning, Echosnow." The small molly straightened her back when the clan's medicine cat approached her. "No, sorry, I haven't seen him. Do you want me to help you look for him?" She replied.

Before the medicine cat could give her a reply, they were interrupted by Thornstep. "Oh, hi Thornstep. Yeah, I suppose I can join." She meowed kindly before turning her attention back to Echosnow. "Sorry, Echosnow. I have to get going, but I'll keep an eye out for Gnarlpaw on our patrol." With that, the dappled feline headed over to join the rest of her patrol alongside Thornstep.

"Good morning, Nettlefern. Hi, Alderpaw. Are we ready to go?" She greeted the two upon approaching them.

"Ah, it's okay, it's okay!" Rustpelt quickly replied to the two she-cats, a bit embarrassed for making such a fuss over something so little. Certainly not my best morning... He thought with a sigh and dropped his head after Crystalrain and Honeydrop had both left the den. The orange tabby soon gathered himself though and made his way outside after them, where he was greeted by Minnowleap. He quickly straightened his back. "I don't mind joining, either." He answered, eager to join Minnowleap's patrol, though he tried not show his excitement too much. He would have liked the deputy to have a good opinion of him.

After a bit of walking through Waterclan's territory, Crow's ears finally caught the sound of sparrow's chirping. The tom crouched down, all senses alert as he moved through the forest, cautious not make any noise. He soon spotted a small gathering of sparrows. Finally! He thought to himself, carefully moving forward, excited for the meal ahead of him. With a swift pounce, he leapt on top of one bird, crushing it's neck under his paws while the rest frantically sputtered their wings and took off. Crow sat down to enjoy his meal.

Tangleclaw led the rest of the walk in quiet, only the sounds of nature around them interrupting it, such as the calling of a swallow in the distance or the breeze in the tall grass. "Here we are now." Tangleclaw finally meowed as they reached a bit of flat land, the grass slightly flattened from mentors and apprentices often training in the area.

"The first move I'd like to go over with you is pinning your opponent. You tend to get an awkward grip on others, making it easier for them to get free." The tabby began the lesson, standing tall as he took a few steps around the area. "But you're a strong cat, Toadpaw, and I'd like to see you use this move more efficiently to your advantage." He said, glancing back at the younger tom with his green eyes before turning his back again and taking a seat a few steps away. "Now, pretend that you're ambushing me. Try and pin me down - get a good angle, so that I can't escape." He meowed with his back turned.

Leopardstar watched as her deputy padded away to begin assigning patrols. The molly turned away for a moment, and began to pace unknowingly. She knew she was acting silly. It wasn't like it was anything harming the clan. Yet anyway. If, these strange 'happenings' kept going on, she was going to need to narrow down her options. She knew the cause could only be one thing. Other cats. And the only other cats could be Meadowclan. Of course, the clan wasn't known for doing such things, but really. What else could possibly be the cause of this? Sometimes their scents would cross over the border. She tossed this thought around in her mind for a few moments, but didn't settle on it just yet. They'd live in peace so long, why would they all of a sudden change? The reasons were unknown and it appeared it would stay like that for the time being. Perhaps, she'd speak to the clan's medicine cat later, perhaps Starclan had spoken to him on the current situation.

Petaldust's ears flicked at the familiar voice of her apprentice. She turned to see Spottedpaw standing nearby, who didn't seem very happy at the moment. "Oh, we're getting ready to go out on a patrol. If, Thunderfall is okay with it you can join us since...", she was silent for a moment. She couldn't say 'because you need more training', because Spottedpaw should be a warrior by now. Perhaps, she'd talk to Tigerstar about this later. She let out a breath, before adding, "it would be good to get out of camp.", she was going to add 'after all you'll be leaving camp a lot more when you become a warrior', but that wasn't needed. She could tell the young molly was still upset with the fact that she was still a apprentice. Still, as much as she wanted to do something about it she couldn't. She could only mention it to their leader, and hope that it would be sometime soon.

Alderpaw continued to groom his pelt, seemingly uninterested in the conversation going on between the other two cats. At his mentor's words, he turned and flicked his ear. He would be made a warrior soon, any moon now if everything went accordingly. He let out a yawn, before turning to his mentor. "I guess. Its still not for awhile, but i guess its something to be...excited about.", he said even though he didn't look very excited. He turned and watched as Thornstep made his way to find another cat for the patrol, after a few moments turning back to his grooming. When the tom announced they were ready to go, he slowly rose to his paws awaiting for the patrol to head toward the entrance to the camp.

Brindleclaw was currently settled by the warriors den, grooming his pelt, turning as his apprentice bounded up to him. He smiled slightly, as he listened to Weaselpaw, who was obviously excited about training today. "Of course, Weaselpaw. You could always use a bit of battle training, even though your already pretty good at combat.", he said praising his apprentice a bit. Just then, the deputy Mistflower approached which also happened to be the mother of Weaslepaw and his brother Minkpaw. At her words he nodded, slowly beginning to rise to his paws. "Certainly, Mistflower. I'll meet you after I'm done with training Weaselpaw.", he said before turning to his apprentice. "Let's go meet up with Wildtail.", he said motioning for his apprentice to follow. He approached the molly, who was with her apprentice Minkpaw. "Hello, Wildtail. Were ready to head out when you are. Unless, you two want to eat, before we head out.", he said awaiting for a response from his clanmates.

Minkpaw shook out his pelt as he got to his paws, shooting his brother a mischievous glance. He hissed playfully, as his brother hit his nose with his tail, bounding off to find his mentor Brindleclaw. He merely sat waiting for the two to return, wondering just how much his brother had improved on his training, though he was excited to see nonetheless. His tail swayed as he watched Brindleclaw and Weaselpaw approach, bouncing on his paws as the tom greeted his mentor. He was ready to get going and was quite excited about the fact he was going to train alongside his brother.

Thornstep lead the patrol out of camp once everyone was up, feeling more confident about leading his first patrol out. It wasn't often that younger warriors got to lead them, it was usually senior warriors that did and he was currently the youngest warrior in the clan. For instance, like the time we found that half-eaten mouse by the river?" Finchfoot asked the young tom, recalling the time they had been on another patrol together about a moon ago and they discovered some mouse remains and an unfamiliar scent surrounding it.
