SF had an idea. "What if we got thorns from the forest and covered the perimeter of the camp with that? It would make it harder for the enemies to get in. Also, we could create thorn barriers around each of the dens, just in the case the diseased wolves and foxes do manage to get in. That would buy us some time to counter-attack."

Luna smiled SF. "That's a great idea. But we don't know if those sneaky diseased wolves can get through. We can try." she said.

SF howled, ordering different wolves to build the barriers. Starshine was helping, easily dragging some tendrils of sharp thorns to cover the entrance of the camp.

Luna sat down and sighed. She was afraid her pack would still get infected.

BlackSun took larger thorn tendrils and put them in front of the smaller ones to reinforce them.

Starshine got tangled in the thorns and winced when they dug into her skin and paw pads.

Azuya ran to Starshine and asked "Are you okay?" He tried to help.

Starshine grimaced, her fur sparkling. Sighing, Starshine was annoyed by her shining fur. It kept on hurting her eyes when she looked at it. "I think I can get out. Hold on..." With a graceful yank of her paw, Starshine managed to scramble out of the thorns.

Azuya calmed down and shook his gold fur.

Coal snickered as he saw Starshine.
