Luke smiled and waved as he saw Jessie leave for her ride.
Dusty whinnied, 'I wanna go too!' She snorted and pawed the stall floor.
Luke laughed slightly, "We can go for a ride later" He explained to his horse.

Jessie slightly kicked her mare into a gallop as they headed down the trail.
Jessie closed her eyes for a moment as the wind blew her hair back. She and Mist galloped until they got to the tree and then slowed to a trot.

Luke pulled his saddle and tack from his horse trailer and charried it in the barn. He opened Dusty's stall door and saddled her up. After saddling Dusty, Luke walked her out and tied her to the post so he could go get him a drink.

Jessie and Mist walked throught the trees and into a open valley.
Jessie pulled for the mare to stop. Mist stopped and pawed the ground, wanting to keep moving. Jessie pulled back on the reins, "Calm down Mist!" Jess sighed and looked around.
She thought she heard the sound of another horse, so she turned to look behind her, but didn't see anything.
Mist jumped slightly and Jessie turned forward, then suddenly, Jessie saw the most beautiful stallion she had ever saw in her life, a golden palomino, the color of the sun.

Mist throw her head and watched the stallion.
Jessie dazed quietly at the beautiful horse, as she looked him over. Then suddenly, the stallion reared up, stricking the ground with his powerful hoove's.
Mist got scared and to reared, also bucking slightly. The stallion pinned his ears back and charged at Mist. Mist reared, "Easy girl, easy" Jessie yelled as she slid off of her back and hit the hard ground.
Mist leaped forwards and took off at the dead run to the barn. Jessie sighed and brushed her hair from her face, then noticed the tall golden stallion standing over her. Jessie's hands started to shake, as she tought her life was going to end at the moment.
The stallion throw his head once more with a powerful shake and wheeled around quickly, charging down through the valley as full speed.

Meanwhile, Mist galloped back to the barn and slid to a stop beside Dusty.
Jessie stood up after and quick moment and ran after the stallion, but he was gone, out of sight, like he was never there.

Luke walked back outside and went to get Dusty. Luke noticed Mist standing by Dusty, ''Hey, your Jessie's horse right?" He said looked around. The mare looked like she had been running for a while.
He went and mounted Dusty quickly and took off galloping toward Jessie.

Jessie sighed and looked around, 'Where did he go?' Jessie asked herself.
She turned slowly and walked on a trail back towards the barn.

Luke saw Jessie and galloped up to her, then stopped, "Hey Jess, do you need a hand? Are you alright?" He asked as he stuck his hand out to help up behind him.

Jessie looked up at Luke with a smile, "Yeah...Yeah, I'm fine!" Jessie said as took Luke's hand and pulled herself up behind him.
"I just seen the most beautiful horse...This Palomino stallion," Jessie explained happily.

"Really?..I didn't know mustangs ran in this part of the country!" Luke said as he smiled.

Jessie nodded, "I don't think they do! Maybe he got away from his herd or something....Though, he doesn't look much like a mustang." Jessie explained to Luke.
"He was golden colored, tall and very stocky..He looked more like a Quarter Horse or something!" Jessie added smiling as she put her arms around Luke.
