- xxxxxDarkstalker took everything from our society. When the NightWings stormed Jade Mountain and overtook IceWing forces and the Jade Winglets, he assumed charge. Moonwatcher, Turtle, Qibli, and the others were all powerless to stop him. He assumed charge, declared himself king of all seven tribes, and plunged our whole world into a deep, dark abyss.
xxxxxRestrictions were put in place to prevent another uprising or another dissent. Darkstalker was here to stay. Each tribe was split into a faction and each queen replaced with a lead general to head each sector. Strict rules prevented any dragon from leaving their own faction or intermingling with those from other tribes. Any future hybrids were outlawed, while current ones were faced with hardship and scorn, even if they weren't considered illegal.
xxxxxMudWings have the task of mining raw materials for battle armor and weaponry, and are one of the poorest factions. SandWings are to provide textiles and consumable goods, such as lavish jewelry, making them one of the richer factions. SkyWings are in charge of mining for currency universal to all of the tribes per Darkstalker's rules, and while they hold the money, they can't spend much of it. SeaWings are to haul in fish from the sea for commercial produce, and barely get by. IceWings face the worst of it by far. They're reduced to menial labor and slaves within the NightWing kingdom, and those who still reside in their sector are at risk of violence from the NightWings who patrol the streets. RainWings are in charge of agriculture, and also make enough to keep them afloat alongside SeaWings. NightWings themselves reign supreme. They do nothing but bask in the goods provided by the other tribes.
xxxxxThe Scorpion Den was designated Phyrria's central prison. All those who violate Darkstalker's rules are shipped off to the den, where they are to serve out punishment. Those who survive long enough and are released receive nothing but humiliation through the rest of their long lives. Many starve to death. Possibility was transformed into a central hub for trade and commerce. Dragons must get permission from their head general to make a trip. Trips are strictly business only, and are to be conducted swiftly and without any issues.
xxxxxJade Mountain fell beneath sheets of fire and ice. But we remain beneath the rubble. A ragtag group of rebels. There are no more prophecies, even less provisions, and very little hope. Maybe we can eventually take a stand. But we can only dream of one day finding those courageous enough to try. And really, that's a whole lot of dumbassery, isn't it?
