Cometpaw said "Ok." Konrad turned his face away. "S-sorry if I-I startled y-you." Cometpaw said. "No! It's okay. I wasn't doing anything." He peered around. "Were are all the others?" Konrad cocked his head. "Over there." He pointed to the right. Cometpaw said "Thnks." Then, cautiously, he asked "What happened to you?"

Wildfire felt his mate move he opened his eyes looking at her. He got up carefully. "you ok?" he mewed resting his tail on her back.

Venomsplash shrugged. "I don't know"

Spiritflight padded around he found the Tom who called himself Cometblaze. He was talking to a bluish cat with bones showing. "Cometblaze who is this?" he mewed.

Konrad's eyes grew dark. "Cancer," he replied.

Waterstep looked to him saying "Wildfire for some reason I feel something is happening back at the camp."

Waterstep answered "only if the others do becasue we got the kits back even if they are a little crazy. What are we waiting here for?"

Wildfire looked out the window. "protection. i guess. i want the kits to be safe and with Lemon in charge i don't know if that is possible."

"But what if Lemon isn't in charge" she asked.

"then depending on who it is we will stay." he replied
