- Caliban lazily looked up as the she-cat - Ace - approached.
“Look, kitty, I just wanted to nap, but if you call me duck, I might have to take a swipe at you.” He hefted himself up from his awkward sprawl along the fence, and was significantly bigger than the she-cat that had approached him. He let out a grumbled sigh as several large raindrops hit his head, flicking an ear as the cold water splashed up. “Then again, napping doesn’t seem like an option anymore.” He stared at the other cat.

- Feather finished eating, and headed out the catflap, her two-leg meowing discordantly at her as she left. Crossing the thunderpath was always… disconcerting, but at the early hour it was moreso. Two-legs leaving in their monsters to go wherever they spent their days. Feather listened intently, as it was the key to not being spat out by the monsters, and waited for a moment, and another, and another. It was clear, and she ran quickly across, before heading into the trees. Finding herbs were her main priority, and she slowly found herself dragged into the narrow mindset of a cat on a mission, and she heard little of what was going on around her, instead focusing on the feverfew that grew in front of her.

- Forest freely admitted that he never quite knew what to say to Torn, but he let out a pleasant mew, ”Does that mean that you haven’t eaten yet? That’s sad. My two-legs are normally awake before I am, and so I often wake up with food already in the bowl.” He looked over at the older tom, noting that he didn’t look overly happy. Forest then watched several drops of rain drip onto the ground in front of him, and the cloud-cover that had lingered the past few days seemed to break overhead, a light shower of rain beginning to fall from the clouds.
“Shame about the weather, isn’t it. I was hoping to be able to sun myself today, but it doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to.” Forest flicked his tail lightly, glancing up as he spoke.
