Bearstar chirped a quiet greeting to Icewing as she approached, trying to relax his rigid form so as not to give away his rising stress. "Yes," he breathed, taking in the camp, and all of the cats that lounged around. "Thank you for standing up with me that night, I was sure I'd be creating the camp by myself." his whiskers twitched with amusemnt, but his face stayed emotionless and his gaze distant. There was still so much to be done, and little time to do it. Bearstar stifled another sigh he felt coming on and forced a cheery smile. "I should probably send patrols out, huh?"

As the senior warrior stepped out of the warrior's den and stretched her legs she made a quick look around, her eyes wandering to the fresh-kill pile to the small dark den there, where their former leader Ripplestar where prisoned at. Sighing she took one small vole to her jaws as she walked past the fresh-kill pile, entering to the dark hole "Good morning Ripple...um star..." she meowed gently finding it very hard to say his whole name when the -star didn't really mean what it supposed to mean with him anymore "I brought you something to eat, I know it's hunted by yesterday, but still eatable" she meowed with a smile.

She was sitting next to the warrior's den, her eyes starring toward the Goosemask there which was become a medicine cat to the clan, she was not sure if she was happy or not about that. As she had some hot feelings for him, but after him becoming a medicine cat, she felt like they will be unanswered forever. Flicking her ears she made her go to the tom and the elder "Good morning, Goosemask, Ryebelly" she meowed giving the elder a smile "Are you going out? Can I help you by any chance?" she meowed shyly to Goosemask.

As the fight calmed down a moon ago she didn't join the Sycamoreclan immediately, but stayed a few days in her old clan Summitclan, as she didn't want her former clan cats to think she was betraying them or something. At the same time a moon ago one of the Summitclan warrior Mothflight found two kits there alive, not knowing which clan or cat they belonged to she adopted them as her own. Now moon where passed and she was a caregiver for Sycamoreclan, which made her very happy as she was not alone any longer as there where another queen Creamflower, unlike in Summitclan, where she was mostly alone.

"your welcome bearfluff- i mean bearstar. gotta get used to that name." icewing chuckled at her mistake. she listened to him as he rattled on about the clan's duties, she could feel his tension but decided to leave it unmentioned for now. at the mention of sending out a patrol she nodded her head, "it would be best to get used to and understand our new surroundings and check the borders for any intruders." icewing smiled at the new leader, and there was a little flutter in her chest.
"so, um, i guess i could go out with blue and maybe rainflower to patrol if that sounds, fine."

Bearstar offered a small laugh in return, and purred reassuringly, "I still want to call myself by my warrior name sometimes. Bearstar just seems so.. different. Like it's someone I'm not." Bearstar faltered, unsure if he should continue speaking his mind, and nudged Icewing's shoulder gratefully. "Yes, that sounds like a great idea. I'll take a hunting patrol out once you get back." he sat down with a small grin, watching her pad away.

icewing padded away from the tom and headed over to where slate, blue, rainflower and... willowdusk resided. she tried her best not to hold a grudge against the molly but she didn't have it in her mind to trust her yet.
"rainflower and blue, we're heading out on a hunting patrol. we don't have time to waste." icewing's attempt at being solemn was foiled when she saw slate playing with blue. she let a smile slide this time as she watched her new apprentice, "best we get going, right blue?"

Nightfeather already brought me a mouse," the silver bengal apologized. "But we could all share it, perhaps?" Ripplestar suggested, unsure of what to do. Now that he wasn't a leader, he felt awkward and embarrassed about his actions.

Like many others in his clan, Palejaw was still healing from his wounds. His ear had healed up, even if the phantom pains never went away he'd count it as a win. His fur was also thankfully starting to grow back, and least of his wounds had healed and scarred over by now. Blue nodded her head as Slate followed. Willowdusk sighed found herself looking at Icewing. Willowdusk rarely held grudges, but she wouldn't hold one for that she-cat. They just met, and it was a battle, so they never really got to talk. They probably just got off to a bad start. Rainflower waved her tail in front of Willowdusk's face to pull her attention back to her so they could talk.

Sagepaw had returned to Shoreclan camp silent and deep in thought. His mentor was now Reedstar, and Sagepaw did his best to stay hidden and away from the tom. His head was filled with anxiety ever since Reedstrike had seen him with Stagleap that night, and he didn't want to bother the already busy tom. Currently, Sagepaw slunk around the outskirts of camp, even more lonely after Softpaw left Shoreclan, and now he wandered aimlessly, looking for something to keep him busy.
