With a faint chuckle, Copperlily listened to Nightpaw's questioning. With a flick of her tail over her paws, she responded. "Dewpelt probably would be willing to teach you what she knows about herbs if you ask her. She spent her share of time here when she was an apprentice. Her brother was my apprentice before Nettlepaw." As she spoke, she realized that it was unlikely for the two to remember Greywhisker as they were just young kits when he passed along with his father. The faintest flash of sadness appeared in her golden eyes before it was gone, replaced by the amusement for the apprentice's questions. "Nettlepaw would be a good teacher... Even though there is still much much more for her to learn herself." She shot a pointed glare at Nettlepaw, and from an outsider's point of view it would have seemed as if she were angry at the apprentice, when in reality, she knew that the brown tabby was doing well

With a soft smile, Dewpelt responded to the queen. "It is a nice day today isn't it? I hope that all has been well with you." Her greeting was kind and warm. Although she didn't get to talk to Creamflower very often since she had to train with Nightpaw, she had a respect for the queen. It was a hope of hers some day to have a family to call her own, but it wasn't very easy considering she could barely even speak to the one she liked in that way. Turning her attention to the ginger and white warrior who had called her over, Dewpelt watched him with a slight hint of interest in her bright eyes. "And how are you today Aspenblaze?" she asked kindly. She knew that Aspenblaze most likely called her over as amusement for himself, and she knew that he considered her a challenge. She had seen the struggle in his amber eyes before as she failed to provide him with more details on herself. Ever since he had made it known that it was obvious that she liked Sootstar, she was slightly weary of the flirty tom, making it even harder for him to flirt. Although they had very different personalities, Dewpelt genuinely liked Aspenblaze and considered him a friend, even though he was deemed an annoyance to some others. This probably didn't mean much to him since she considered most-if not all- of her clanmates her friends, at least the ones that she interacted with.
