Eaglepaw was outside of camp. Well, that was actually not exactly true. Eaglepaw had found the border of camp, and was hunting right next to that. It's so boring! Nothing to do. At least it's getting dark, then I can go sleep, and get some din- his thoughts were immediately interrupted by a slight rustling in the bush next to him. Eaglepaw froze, ears perked, sniffing. A mouse! Yes! My lucky day. Prey inside of camp! The chocolate lab crouched down, body tensed up, nose twitching. A small, brown, furry creature burst from the bush, and Eaglepaw pounced, snapping at thin air. Darn! He had missed the mouse! Eaglepaw, never one to be pessimistic, immediately began circling the bush, sniffing near the ground. I'll catch that mouse, and bring it back to camp! Then I'll be eating after catching prey for the pack! he thought proudly, thinking about how happy Duskpelt would be to see that he had caught his own prey without her or any other dog's help, and without leaving the camp.

The discussion kinda looks like it left him, so I'm just placing him somewhere else right now xD

He nodded to Daisypup, "You do that." The large dog sat down, his tail swishing in the dirt on the ground. "For now, though, you ought to head to bed. Especially if you want to do well hunting tomorrow."

”Goodnight!” Daisypup said before running to her bed. She knew she would need a good night sleep for the next day. She curled up in her bed and soon fell asleep.

After seeing the pair of young dogs off to bed, he made his way back to the camp entrance. "I'm gonna head to bed." He said quietly, then added in a comforting tone, "You should too." He looked at Duskpelt with a small smile.

Luna padded through the forest her tail held low. The greyhound spotted a rabbit and Luna immediately shot out into a full speed sprint. Luna caught up and lunged for the animal with her jaws wide she grabbed the rabbit's body and shook it to death.

Eaglepaw pounced again, but this time was successful. He had smashed both paws into it's chest, killing it instantly. The chocolate lab stepped back, admiring his work. "Wow, it even looks like a warrior caught it!" he mused aloud, thinking about how much neater and cleaner it was than most of his catches. I'll go bring it to the prey-pile, and get something to eat. I'm starving! Eaglepaw picked it up carefully, not wanting to squish his prize, and marched back into camp, head held high so other dogs could see the mouse, and tail wagging.
The young apprentice dropped the mouse on the prey pile, and grabbed a bit of deer from the previous day, before retreating to the apprentice den where he could eat in peace, and go to bed. He poked his head in, and sniffed around. There was someone already in here!
"Hello? Aha, Daisypup, Nightpaw, it's you, isn't it? Imma go to bed, see ya in the morning!" He circled three times before settling on his moss bed to eat the deer. It tasted so good, especially on an empty stomach. Thank you, Starpack. Help Willowstep, Mouseheart, Lillysnap, and, of course, Badgerstrike. Please choose him. Thank you for this deer, it is delicious.

As he slept, he had a dream about Duskpup. He dreamed about playing with her, telling her stories and teaching her as a little brother should.
