"NO!" hissed Snake. "Leave them go. Who will take two young apprentices word against the deputy's? Besides, there may be someone else around and attacking will cause more trouble."

Whitepaw put on the speed until he was moving at a full out run, only slowing for Icepaw. He knew they would go for her first, she knew more. And he may be injured, but that didn't mean he wouldn't fight.

"Woah! Whitepaw! Whats going on?" Eaglepaw asked, seeing the two other appentices fly by.

[Wanderer.]

"Later." He meowed without stopping. He kept running until he reached the leader's den.

Pebblestar stood by the river, her pelt shinning like silver. "Oh, Starclan." she sighed. She waded into the water and crossed into the twoleg territory.

Candypaw looked at whitepaw and icepaw "this is not good eagelpaw let's go" she ran over to the leaders den and saw whitepaw and icepaw

"Pebblestar???!!" Icepaw said, poking her head into the leaders den. "She's not here!" Icepaw said, shocked.

Brownnose arrived into camp. Using his best smooth voice, he asked the bunch of apprentices, "What seems to be the problem?"

Candypaw jumped "brownnose.." she looked at the deputy

Icepaw kicked Candypaw and glared, begging her mentally to keep quiet. "Oh, nothing. I was looking for the leader, but I guess she is not here. I'll find her later." Brownnose was using all his strength to not gut her where she stood. "Alright, I'll tell you if I find her. Tell me if you find her as well, I have to tell her something important." Icepaw smiled coldly. "I will." Though her insides screamed, 'Not even for 9 lives!!!' ((STILL hasn't realized the leader=9 lives thing))
