"I love you, Ivyleaf." he meowed.

"I love you more." Ivyleaf said, licking Stoneblaze and purring all the way through, she nuzzled him. "Do you want to do something?" She asked, beaming at him.

Pebblestar narrowed her eyes at Eaglekit. "Its very good that you want to defend Candykit." she mewed. "Now go back to the nursery. Both of you. I need to talk to Ice." Eaglekit slipped out, head bowed.

"Now, you want to become an apprentice, Ice?" Pebblestar asked. The young cat made up her mind quickly. "The life of a clan cat is hard, though I'm sure you know. Are you positive about your choice?"

Ice gulped. She knew it was the right thing... and the safest thing... "Yes. I am." Immiediatly a bunch of worry was lifted off her.

"Then your ceremony will be at sundown. Help yourself to some freshkill." Pebblestar said, nodding.

Eaglekit walked out with Candykit. "Its about time for my apprentice ceremony. Do you think Pebblestar will not make a apprentice?"

Moonsong sighed. She walked up to Ivyleaf. "Go find Feathermist and come back here." she said.

Hearing her name Featherist turned and saw Moonleaf. She ran over. "Yes Moonleaf? Do you need any help?"

"Pebblestar would like me to take you two hunting." Moonsong replied. She hated this whole "mentor the warriors" thing. Pebblestar said that the two would not sit vigil and truly brcome warriors until the next full moon. Or whenever Pebblestar decided.
