"Welcome," Blizzardmask purred. "Just ignore them. I bet Bushtail's just jealous 'cause Magmastar won't let her have a mate."

"Tsk," Vinestripe rolled her eyes. "You can't just go up and say, 'Hey can we have our warrior names? I'll be Soulflame and she'll be Rootbreeze.' You have to earn it. Unlike you'd know that."

Vinestripe snorted. "You still shouldn't assume you'll even get a chance of being a warrior until you've done something worthy," she began listing examples. "Leopardsnarl braved a twisted leg to fight for his Clan. Blindheart almost drowned in order to save Willowkit and chase off a dog. Sagefeather fought in countless battles for her Clan. I saved Minnowpaw's infection by bringing rare herbs, and therefore forming a friendship between OasisClan and BrackenClan. And what have you done?" she challenged.

"I know." Blizzardmask snarled. "I heard she fought Sugarflower too."

Batstar paused her. "Diamondstar, let our Clanmates mingle a bit. It's just dusk, the moon won't rise for some time. There is no rush."

Bellapaw bounded up to where Vinestripe was talking to other apprentices. "I agree with her. Being a warrior isn't about the name it is about defending your clan." she mewed pointing to Vinestripe since she didn't know her name yet.

Swiftheart padded around looking for a good group.

Wolfpaw couldn't find any good apprentices so he padded over to a group of warriors

Dawnpaw sat there he waited for Lionpaw to catch up
