Swiftheart lay on the ground she had dodged the cats major blow just enough to keep her consious. She stood up shaking as she saw the rogues tail. She pelted after him head bleeding. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE THIS KIT!!!!!" she screeched jumping up and biting the back of his neck drawing blood. She jumped back OT of the toms REACH.

Snake turned, his eyes narrow. withouth letting go of the kit, he jusy clamped down harder and kept going on. he didnt have time to fight. the wound stung but wouldnt slow him down by much. he took one glance behind him. the she-cat had blood puring out of her head. he suspected she would pass out soon... Finnally Snake emerged from the camp. he ran as fast as he ever had.

Swiftheart would not let him get away with Snakekit. She ran as fast as she could but ws slowing ue to blood loss she collapsed a couple taillengths away as her eyes closed she saw the pelt of gold. Goldensong had come to help.

Goldensong passed his mate and went after Snake he tackled the tom smashing him to the ground making him release Snakekit and pummeling his back with unsheathed claws. He bit the back of the toms neck drawing a deep gash in it. He jumped off ready to face the tom.

Again Snake ignored his wounds, grabbbed the kit sloppily, and ran off. he really needed to find Duskfury.... But he felt somthing wet and sticky ooz along his back.... he couldnt run much longer.

Goldensong was worried he couldn't let Swiftheart die for the kit. He watched as Snake ran off. "IF YOU EVER LAY A PAW ON SWIFTHEART OR MY KITS AGAIN I WILL KILL YOU!" he yowled at the rogue. He padded back to Swiftheart her head was bleeding badly. "Please hang on!" he mewed tears filling his eyes. "I can't raise Starkit and Wolfkit by my own. Not with Dawnkit in Oasisclan too. Please PLEASE don't leave." he lifted his mate onto his back and headed for camp as fast as he could. He was yowling as he went. "HELP HELP I NEED BUSHTAIL OR ROBINCREST!! PLEASE HELP!!!"

snakekit felt his injurede body limp.. he wanted to cry and he wanted his mother back and sunkit and swiftheart and her kits... but all he could think about was Devilpaw... "why" he thought.. he was to heavy for the tom to carry him.. he struggled to get out of his grip..

Robincrest rushed over with a pawful of cobwebs and began pressing them into Swiftheart's wounds. Where is Bushtail? she wondered.

Swiftheart lay there half unconscious please I cant die I have kits a mate and my clan to protect. She thought as she lay there with robincrest

Goldensong stepped back to let robincrest work. "please save her. Please" he mewed softly crying.

Bushtail stood near a puddle of blood in the forest. "He got away." she hissed to herself.

Coyotefang was a bit annoyed Magmastar had directly ignored him, so he had decided to take a walk in the forest to relax. He had caught a tasty squirrel for Fawnstep, Swiftheart, and the kits and he figured he might as well get it now. While he was walking he scented something familiar... Duskfury!

He let his pawsteps become so quiet not even a rabbit could hear. He silently slipped into the shrub and began stalking Duskfury. Hmm, why isn't she moving? Is she waiting for something?
