Coyotebite stopped his slow grooming as a slightly unfamiliar pelt approached, his friendly gaze lighting up at the sight of the older warrior. The large tom curled his lips upward in a wide smile, his fluffy, white-tipped tail moving to wrap around his forelegs as he greeted the fae "Good morning Dappledflame, did you sleep well?" He gave his skull a slight tilt, being sure to keep his attention focused solely on the individual in front of him, to eliminate any chance of him being disrespectful on their first greeting.

Badgerpaw chuckled lightly as he watched his mentor's brows furrowed as she remembered her own sleep struggles, his fluffy tail lashing back and forth "Oh geez. I'd probably have to fight one of the apprentices if they did that much." The black tom tilted his skull slightly to the side, the joking tone obvious on his tongue "We could do some hunting.. my legs need a good stretch."

Thornscar trotted quickly back into camp, his jaws full of prey and his feet painfully sore from his early-morning hunt.. something he seemed to be doing a lot of these days. It had been a while since the older warrior got a good nights sleep, though he had no idea what it was that was fueling his insomnia, aside from the fact that he just never felt tired. The tabby tom looked toward the medicine den, his mind wandering to the various herbs stored inside, and the thought of a least a few of them being able to help him sleep. Deciding to ask Crowleaf later that day for some assistance with his inability to rest, the warrior trotted over to the fresh-kill pile and dropped his catch, a satisfied smile spreading across his jaws.
