So, I've been wanting to try my hand on a warriors CYOA thing for a while now, but with my own spin on it!
-everybody will get their own character to interact with the world with
-there would be certain events that can be triggered, but only through RNG, others can be triggered through player choices
-there will be a sort of stat system
-there will be different traits that your character can start with and acquire
-there will be instances where two or more player characters can talk and interact, and it is encouraged that you try to do so! However, as this is still an CYOA, these characters cannot preform major actions that aren't first offered as actions
So, almost like a DnD/CYOA mixed! (CYOA stands for Choose Your Own Adventure)
But anyhow, about the rp itself!
-roleplay responses are encouraged and preferred, but if you're pressed for time a simple command response is fine too! (However, you can't only do that, but any level of literacy/any writing style is allowed)
-there will be two clans, and you may place your character in either clan
-no matter what, your character starts as a kit of 5 moons of age (this is partly to allow you to interact with your clan and gain some stats before you become an apprentice)
-there will be NPCs set up that you can claim as your character's parents, but you may set up your character's own NPC parents with my permission
-your characters can die, but if they do you may create another character
-if you want your character to be an outsider that was brought into the clan at a young age, this is allowed, but you must ask for permission first
-different stats and traits will allow you to accomplish different tasks with varrying levels of efficiency, and will give your character the chance for certain events
-stats can be gained through training and other activities
-your character ages a moon every week
-you can only have one character when you start
-at any point after your character becomes a full-fledged warrior or medicine cat, you can "retire" that character and they will become an NPC
-after this point, you may create another character
-for every character you retire, you may create one addition character (so if you retire your first character, you may then create two characters) this caps at four (so you can have a max of four characters)
-the death of a player character does not count as retirement, and if your character dies you will not gain any additional character slots
I'll add a bit more information here and there, and elaborate further on certain things (stats and traits, the clans and their customs, etc.) if/when this lifts off, but I wanted to see if anybody would actually be interested before I did any of that!
