Frost laid in the dim golden rays of the sun as morning began. He yawned and rolled over purring as the sun shone on his fluffy white pelt. Even though he was, the commander of the rogues he was very laid back. He was pretty sure since it was so early that Strike wouldn't need him at the moment. He sighed softly knowing that he would have to get up soon. Hunting would need to be done soon. He rolled back over and laid there letting the sun warm his pelt. He would lay here for a little while longer before starting the day. Frost turned his head and began to groom his pelt as he enjoyed the beginning of a new day.

Pounce as usual was in a bad mood. It seemed like every morning he woke up this way. His fur was in need of grooming. His paws we're sore(probably because of all the pacing he does.) And he was still tired. He hissed his eyes scanning the village. He hated this place. Always having to sleep outside and watch the camp. He hissed thinking of his brother. Frost got to sleep in the fountain because of his rank. While he was, a mere soldier. Sighing he curled back into a ball hoping to rest a little while longer.

Batsong padded out of the warriors den his ears twitching. Another day had come and as he gazed around the camp he felt a burst of pride flow through him. He was glad he was apart of this clan. He inhaled deeply wondering when the patrols would be sent out. It was time for the dawn patrol. He glanced around before spotting the deputy Foxfire. He wondered if he had decided who was going on the patrols. He shook his pelt before padding over toward him. He also noticed that Silverstripe was with him. He stopped his ears twitching. Maybe, he should go on a hunting trip alone. He decided that wouldn't be the best idea. Sighing he padded over to a darker part of the camp his tail twitching. He laid down and watched the camp waiting for the patrols to be made.

Morningsong had been up early that morning. She was usually. Her tail swayed as she watched the camp her amber eyes glowing. She wondered when the dawn patrol would head out. It was certainly time for one. As she, sat there she saw the deputy emerge from the warriors den. He always seemed to be in a good mood. Her ears twitched and not long after Foxfire had left the warriors den Silverstripe-another warrior-had joined him. She padded over toward the two toms her tail waving behind her. She nodded toward the toms in acknowledgment. "Good morning Foxfire, Silverstripe." she said once she had reached the toms. She then tilted her head realizing she might have interrupted them. "Oh I'm sorry. Did I happen to interrupt something?" she asked her ears pricked.

Cedarpaw slowly opened her eyes as dim dawn light glowed on her dark pelt. She blinked slowly realizing that morning had finally come. She had been awake awfully late last night. Sighing she pulled herself out of her nest her ears laid back against her head. The one thing she wasn't was a morning cat. She sighed her eyes still half closed. She blinked rapidly as she padded out of the den. She glanced around the camp wondering where her mentor was. She didn't notice Dewpaw who was sitting outside the apprentice den. She slowly padded over to the fresh-kill pile sitting down heavily. She decided to wait here until the deputy Foxfire set the patrols. She hoped she would get to go on one. She hated being left behind at camp. She sat there her blinking trying to keep her eyes open.
