Rosestar watched as Sparrowtail swiftly killed a rabbit, "Well done, I understand that it can be hard to hunt here" They were all getting used to living in a place where you couldnt see at all. Rosestar trotted off to watch other warriors. She sighed as Dewpelt and Thrushpaw were having a conversation about prey and petalpaw was pouncing on leaves. She enjoyed her new home but it didn't feel the same. She missed running through the fields as a kit and feeling the wind on her pelt

Creamflower is eating a fish from the fresh-kill pile, savoring the delicious taste. She scans the clearing, seeing whose up and about this morning.

Sparrowtail walks over to the elders den, she places the rabbit inside and slowly walks to the fresh kill pile. She picks up a plump crow and sits next to Creamflower. Within seconds the crow had disappeared, she then started swiping her tongue around her mouth, savouring the taste.

RiverRush had just woken up. She knew it was probably time to hunt. The she-cat stretched and padded out of the warrior's den. She had to find her small apprentice before taking on the daunting task of finding food, and then trying to catch it. Her sleek gray spotted fur shown in the little sunlight that peeked through the mist. While her green eyes tried to scan the clan camp, her nose sniffed away. Each of her ears straining to find her apprentice.

ThunderMoon / Tom-cat / 24 moons / Warrior

ThunderMoon had been up since before the sun had rose. It didn't make much of a difference but still, he appreciated the small difference that it did make. The large tom-cat had already chosen and eaten his breakfast, a small fish. He had even already fed the elders and checked on the queens. He was sitting in his favorite spot, a warm area on top of a rock. He was busy grooming himself when he heard his sister pad out of the den they shared with everyone. His ears perked forward towards her. The male knew she had to go out on her hunting patrol. His mind wandered to that of his apprentice, where could that rascal be?

Rosestar lay down in her den. She was beginning to feel weak and she was not as strong anymore, the fire had taken one of her lives and she knew the smoke inhalation was taking another. She couldn't stop thinking about all the cats that had been lost in the fire. Her medicine cat, her mate and many of her warriors. She curled up and tried to stop thinking about her clan.


The chirping of birds and the cold wind on her pelt woke her up. She opened her eyes and realised she was in a field. "I must be dreaming," she thought as a familiar finger tabby walked towards her. The cat came closer as she rose to her paws, it was her mate! He rubbed his head against her as she closed her eyes, wishing that she could stay forever. As she opened them she realised she was still in her den, alone.

After chatting a bit, Dewpelt grabbed a mouse off of the fresh kill pile and ate it in quick, neat bites. She sat down and watched Fogpaw stalk Thundermoon and purred softly in amusement. Curling her tail around her paws, she closed her eyes, thankful for the warmth of the sun through the cool mist.

Using his white fur to blend in with the mist, and his soft paws to keep quiet, Fogpaw stalked up behind his mentor. He had seen Thundermoon get up much earlier, but he decided to let him think that he was asleep. His feathery tail swung slowly back and forth as he concintrated on his mentor. With a quiet, "Good morning Thundermoon," he pounced, landing on the tom's tail and tapping him with a paw.

Petalpaw pounced on a leaf that drifted towards her. She pinned it down but she fell and bumped her nose."Ow" She cried for attention but no one noticed so she ran up to the warrior den and started wailing
