"Lilypool, would you mind alerting Hawkstar? And please, take as many different routes as possible. Run in different directions too. make sure nobody can follow your sent to the clan." Speckledmoon said, while maintaining her gaze on Drift.
Speckledmoon never instantly hated a cat, but something about this cat rubbed her the wrong way. He just seemed so... wrong? What if he gets into the clan? Is he going to tear this place apart? He seems so... strange! I can't read him at all! Ugh. All I can read from him is that he seems dangerous. Its as if I can feel something haunting him. What a strange cat! What would it be like to have a ghost following you? Well, not that he has a ghost following him. It feels like a ghost is following him, but its not actually following him. wait. Stop, Speckledmoon. Focus. You can't get distracted now. Focus- protect your clan.
Speckledmoon had moved herself in a protective stance- putting herself between Drift and Lilypool. She knew the protection of her clanmates came first- and that she also didn't want Drift to see which direction Lilypool went in. She was willing to fight this cat, but she'd knew she'd lose. However, there was no way she was going to let him know that. Once again, Speckledmoon acknowledged that she was meant to plan and organize. Fighting was harder for her, but she was able to think ahead. That sometimes helped in combat, since it would help her anticipate the attacks of her opponent more easily. That made her more agile, but she actually couldn't fight back. She just wasn't as strong as her clan mates, and she was never good at looking for openings. She was better at tiring out her opponent until they gave up. However she could see that this cat didn't look like someone who would give up in a fight. She'd have to think of other ways get rid of him if it came to that.
