Moonshadow yawned, stretching as she did so. She shook out her fur before quickly sitting and beginning to groom herself. She looked around and let out a bored hum, the camp seemed to be completely empty. She let out a soft huff, deciding to go and hunt.

Stormpaw tilted his head to Lilytail, rolling over onto his stomach and stretching. "Sure thing, Lilytail!" he told the other cat, letting out a small yawn before sniffing the leaf. He wrinkled his nose, pulling back. "Smells bitter..." he mumbled, leaning forward to sniff the leaf one more time. "Can I bring Darkpaw with me? I might need some help," He asked, looking over at the black she-cat.

Lilytail swept out of camp, heading towards the great oak. She dodged between trees, sniffing at random clumps of plant for a hint of herbs. She broke into the clearing in front of the great oak, and stopped in her tracks. There was her niece, her mentor, and a... KITTYPET!? She narrowed her eyes at the heavily pregnant kittypet. "Why are you here? How did you even GET here? Croweye, whats going on?"

Skyheart looked around and noticed a mouse as soon as she walked out of camp. She carefully crouched and stalked the mouse, hopping to catch it. She soon pounced quickly and caught the mouse, smiling. "Got it!" She grinned.

"Darkpaw, I told Lilytail we could collect herbs for her," He said, a perky look on his face. "We're looking for comfrey by the beech trees," He told the darkly colored she-cat.

"Great job!" she said, happily before twitching her ears at movement in the bushes. Flicking her tail at Skyheart to be silent, she dropped into a perfect hunter's crouch. She stalked forward on silent paws, making sure each part of her body was still. She stopped as she saw the little creature. It was a fat squirrel. She shifted into position and finally pounced. She landed squarely on the squirrel, biting the back of the squirrel's neck in a clean nip.

"It's nice to meet you, Kenji." Ebony responds, nodding her head in greeting. "I would ask my parents if I knew who they were, but yeah, I'm assuming it's because of my fur." She adds with a chuckle. "You have a pretty cool name yourself, Kenji." It was a strange name to Ebony, having never heard of a name like it, but she liked it. "A little surprise you say? I'm intrigued, do tell." She purrs, giving a small smirk of her own. Joy courses through her at the tom's words, it was clear he was not like that clan-loner. Maybe they would get along after all.
