🌋 Lavaclan | Warrior Cat Roleplay 🌋

A clan that is known for living by an active volcano, Lavaclan cats are very agile and skilled in the knowledge of their territory. Lavaclan kits are taught where the best places to go during an eruption are shortly after their eyes open, and usually the kits are taught the terrain during their last moon as kits. Their territory is in an unknown part of a rainforest, and in the center is a large, active volcano.
With not only the threats of predators in the rainforest but the threat of this active volcano, how will these cats survive?

-No Mother-less kits. Kits with adoptive mothers are allowed.
-There can be queens without kits.
-You cannot be your mate/crush. Pm me for exceptions.
-Check before you make a cat to be the deputy/medicine cat/any 1 cat rank if that rank is open. I won't accept cats like this until their forms are fixed.
-Kittypets are allowed
-Don't roleplay under a cat until it is accepted

Lilytail stretched in the entrance of the camp. She had gone on an early expedition for herbs, and was therefore extremely tired. She shifted the tansy and chamomile in her mouth before padding across the clearing to the Medicine Den. After quickly dividing the tansy and chamomile into their respective piles, she bounded over to the fresh-kill pile. After choosing a juicy rabbit the hunting patrol had just put on the pile, she went back to the outside of the Medicine Den to settle down to eat.

Larksong sat outside the nursery, watching her kits scramble over eachother. "Can't catch me, slow slug!!", screeched Sparkkit, running into Lilytail, Larksong's sister. "Sparkkit! Apologize this instant!", said an outraged Larksong. Sparkkit muttered, "Sorry Lilytail!", before scrambling away from Lilytail before she could say anything else. Larksong snatched Sparkkit as she came closer,"Thats wasn't very nice, Sparkkit! You should be more careful." "But Lilytail is scary!", whined Sparkkit. "Sparkkit! That is extremely rude! You shouldn't be that rude to any cat, especially not my littermate!", scolded Larksong,"No more playing with your littermates for today!" "But mottthherr..", whined Sparkkit before Larksong shoved Sparkkit into the nursery. Darkkit padded up to her mother. "Why is Sparkkit going inside, Mother?", asked Darkkit. Larksong sighed. "She went inside because she was very rude to Lilytail. She won't be playing again today. "Aw.. Okay.", said Darkkit, bounding back to tell her brother. Larksong let out a exasperated sigh before settling down again to watch her kits begin to play again.

Twistedsoul was sitting in the medicine den reorganizing the herbs and removing any dead ones, which she could send to be burned later. Looks like we’re low on lavender... she noted as she sniffed the dead flower. I should also remember to grab some stinging nettle and borage. We’re fine for now, but that could change quickly.

Hyenapaw woke up in the apprentice den with a yawn. After stretching out her front legs a little, she padded out into camp merrily, wondering what she and her mentor would do today. I could use some hunting practice especially..she thought glumly. Though fighting practice would be really fun!. She noticed her father coming back from a line hunting expedition, but didn’t comment on it, and pushed past him as he dropped his catches at the fresh kill pile.

Wakingdawn always preferred hunting by himself in the mornings then the chaotic patrols once everyone was up. By now, the camp was beginning to waken and brig hoards if noise. Larksong’s kits were alreadly trampling over everyone who walked nearby. He rolled his eyes and plopped his kills on the freshkill pile. He caught the gaze of his daughter, but ignored her as she shoved past him angrily.

Cloudgaze awoke with a groan, his back aching from the uncomfortable position he seemed to have fallen asleep in. He quickly pulled himself up onto his paws and padded quietly out of the den, being sure not to disturb any warriors who still needed sleep, or were still tired from going out on the dusk patrol. The large white tom stood out in the center of the clearing, his mismatched eyes scanning the clearing for any cats who'd already awoken, and were free to join the dawn patrol and maybe do a bit of hunting. His eyes lit up a bit as he noticed the kits romping around playfully outside the nursery, his lips curling up in a small smile.. it was nice to see something so positive so early in the morning. Cloudgaze looked around once more, deciding he would wait a while for more warriors to awaken before sending out the patrols. The deputy sat down where he stood in the middle of the camp, his long tail curling around his paws.

Honeystripe woke up with a small stretch, a smile stretching across her visage. She crawled out of the den and out into camp, a small sigh escaping her jaws as the warmth bathed over her body. The ginger she-cat padded past the fresh-kill pile, waving her tail in greeting to the two cats as she passed by, her sights set on the kits playing outside the nursery. Honeystripe sat a fox-length away from Larksong and the kits, a small purr rumbling in her throat "Good morning Larksong, how are you all doing this morning..?"

What was that all about?, thought Lilyheart as Sparkkit bounded away with a terrified expression on her face. She watched Sparkkit talk to her mother before Larksong scowled and said something to her kit. Sparkkit was shoved into the nursery with a disgrunteled look on her face by an outraged-looking Larksong. She stifled a laugh as she watched Larksong sit down again with a huff and a shake of her head. I wonder what Sparkkit did this time.., she wondered. I hope it didn't have something to do with me...

Honeystripe chuckled a bit as the queen ushered her kit inside, amused by the playfulness of the little she-cat "I suppose they're just at that age.." She looked back up at the queen and tilted her head to the side, her warm smile still remaining "I'm doing well, did you sleep alright? it must be tough with all the little ones."
