I stretched and yawned , the sun was pouring through the lichen if my den “I can’t sleep past early dawn..” I cracked my neck and padded out of my den.. I was ready for a new day in the clan.. it was going to be a good day! No matter what.

Foxsong yawned and got out of his den. He looked around the camp then at the prey pile. A patrol needed to be sent out. He popped his head int othe Warriors den. He nudged Gingersplash awake. "Can you lead a dawn patrol and take Aspenfrost, Rosebrair and tell Aspenfrost to get her apprentice?" He smiled softly at her. Then he headed int othe den farther. "I'm leading a hunting patrol, take Goldenpaw and meet me in the middle of the camp." He told Moosewish and likced her nose. "Finchflight, wake up and follow Moosewish and get your apprentice." He backed out of the den and nodded at his patrol before going int oRowanstar's den. "I gathered a hunting and dawn patrol. I will be out hunting if you need me." He said softly before hopping out.

“Holy! Oh uh.. okay..” the rush in the morning was something he just wasn’t ready for. I blinked my eyes as I tried to rub last nights dreams away, they were long and seemed to jumble about... obviously he was stressed. I took a look at the freshkill pile.. it was empty, a patrol was called and he felt that was enough. He could’ve tried to hunt but he was sure he’d come back open-jawed “maybe I’ll check the borders with the border control.. I could always look for eggs..” I nodded and decided that’s what he would do

Rosebriar jumped awake at the sound of her name, her eyes wide as she scanned the den "Hmm?" She pulled herself onto her paws and smiled, realizing that it had just been her brother organizing the morning patrols, and she was one of the cats on it. The pale she-cat looked over at the fae who'd be leading her patrol, then the other two who'd be joining them, a small purr rumbling in her throat "Good morning everyone.." Rosebriar made her way out of the warriors den and stood by the entrance, her paws shuffling with excitement.

Finchflight awoke with a grumble, his eyes narrowed against the sunlight as he opened them and focused them on the cat who'd called to him "Sure thing.." He got to his paws with a yawn and trotted over to the apprentices den, his heart poking in for a moment so he could call out to his apprentice "Blackpaw.. Bumblepaw wake up, we're going hunting."

Bumblepaw awoke slowly, slightly grumpy at the fact that he'd have to get up so early to hunt. Without any further delay, he rose to his paws and padded out into the clearing, his gaze landing on his mentor "Good morning Foxpond.."

"Your.. Going to leave the camp un attened?" Foxpond asked, confused. His tail flicked. Foxpond turned around as his apprentice greeted him. "Good morning Bumblepaw!" He said cheerfully. "Can you wait with Blackpaw? I need a moment with Rowanstar."
