Koda paused,thinking.This dog had a point-her human most likely was staring at the picture box.And if she did go home,what would she get?The same old dry dog food,the same old brown blanket on the back porch.The more she thought about her human sitting at home,stuffing his stomach and staring at that moving picture thing,the angrier she got.She turned and loped back to Vertigo."You know...I think I will join you."

Vertigo wagged her tail. "Excellent!" she said. "Come this way, I'll show you where you'll live," she turned towards the cabins and, without a reply, began to trot in that direction.

Koda eagerly followed after Vertigo,her curled tail swinging back and forth above her back.She broke into a run and caught up to the collie,walking just behind her.
