Exes nodded, "Yeah? Okay, come on." he said with a grin, motioning for Ayame to follow him. "I haven't found much lodging around here, but I know of one small cave. I found it one stormy night, just me and my mother." he murmured, recalling that rainy night clearly. He shuddered and remembered what they had found inside. The two had found a pile of rocks from a collapse, and a wolf's paw sticking out from underneath.

Curse smiled at the sound of Magic's howl and jumped for joy, literally. She cocked her head toward the sound and howled louder this time with a happy edge. She howled long and loud, then stopped to listen.

Curse nodded, the howl confirmed another wolf, and one with a high vocal range at that. She wagged her tail and set off in the sound's direction, letting out yips. She smiled broadly and her eyes shone. "Hello?" she called.
