He padded away, he scented the air. Mouse. He soon saw a small brown lump by a fern, he pulled his body into a hunter's crouch and stalked forward. When he was close enough, he pounce, and killed it with a graceful nip to it's neck.

He lowered his head to pick up some scattered herbs, eyeing the small blur, BeePaw.

Beepaw purred happily. "I can take a nap." he sniffed at his leg and shrugged, then began grooming his fur. "That was a joke," he said, his fur covered in dust that he was trying to wash away.

At the appreance of Beepaw and Petalthorn Toadstar saw it best to move out of the crowded den. He gently nudged the she-cat away from the den and towards the edge of the clearing. “It seems as though all the patrols have been sent out.” He answered noticing Darkstalker and Creekheart heading out. “I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to go out ourselves if you would like. I need to stretch my old paws.” He mused with a playful glint in his blue eyes.

Bumblefoot listened to the aprpentices’ talk behind him. He nudged Brokenpaw a little before bending down to her level to whisper in her ear. “Seems like Hollowpaw has returned your feelings.” He told her with a soft purr. He straightened up as they reached the area where the squirrels were the most popular. He watched as venompaw lurked away and made his kill, watching him closely. His crouch could be nearer but the kill was successful. “Good job.” He called to him.
