The time was right before dawn, so Fernstripe decided to start heading towards the large clearing, hoping Hollytalon hasn't forgotten yet. As she reached the large clearing, time passed... and passed... and passed.

the sun rays dappled the den her ebony pelt reflecting the light as she gently snored, in and out, in and out, before extending her paws in the air unsheathing her claws as she stretched into consciousness her eyes flickered open as the thought of meeting with fernstripe and forestclaw drifted into her mind, she grumbled to herself wondering if she should go

Soon later, she saw her brother, Forestclaw come into view. "Just in time!" She sighed sarcastically, her tail swaying with impatience-ness. "When is she coming?" She sighed.

Forestclaw-
"What do you mean? I thought it was just us going today?" He asked, confused.

hollytalon: she rose to her paws shaking the excess leaves and debrey out of her pelt with swift strong bounds she raced into the forest. She tried to push all the negative thoughts about this out of her head /this is the most mouse-brained idea/ she thought angrily towards herself yet she kept running until she reached the clearing

Fernstripe-
"What took you so long, flea brain? Did you have a nice nap?" She growled, sinking her claws into the mud below. Fernstripe held up her paw swiftly, as to indicate someone was coming. "Two-Legs!!" She growled, sticking her muzzle in the air.

hollytalon: she muttered some curses directed towards fernstripe underneath her breath before catching a whiff of two-legs "mouse-dung" she snarled whisking her tail "lets get out of here"

"I'm staying here... it's my duty to protect Forestclan." She said, her muzzle still in the air.

Forestclaw-
Forestclaw snickered at his sister saying 'duty', as he was not as mature as he should be yet.

She sighed, pretending not to notice what Hollytalon said. Her muzzle slowly lowered, and she heard a twig snap loudly behind her. A big pair of hands swooped in, and grabbed Fernstripe violently by the tail.

Twolegs-
"What are you doing here, little kitty? You can come with me and live in my nice cottage by the water!" The twoleg said, carrying the poor cat away.

Other-
With Hollytalon and Forestclaw hiding in the bushes nearby, they couldn't do anything to stop the twoleg.
