Keith grabbed Daisy and followed Soren. "I'll fight the monster!" He declared.

Fate ran after them. "No." She said. "No kit is going to fight anything."

Soren sniffed around for Daiki, but he was no where in sight. "Daiki..." He cried.

The bird had taken Daiki to another forest, that wasn't very far away. A fire was burning in that forest. The bird dropped Daiki near it.

[Zook<3]

A pain rushed through Zook's head. He had a vision of Daiki, being dropped in fire. He turned around. He saw smoke. "Daiki!" he yelled. He ran to the fire. He jumped into the flames.

Fate widened her eyes. "Pups. I want you to go to Erik and Sage. They'll watch you." "But m-" "NOW!"

The kits ran away to their mother's parents and hid behind them.

Fate followed Zook into the fire.

Zook coughed. Smoke got into his mouth. He trugged through the flames. He saw Daiki. "Daiki!" he grabbed him. He started walking back towards where Fate was.

Some fire was on Daiki's side.

Soren smelled smoke. "Wha?"
