Alex grabbed Replays Leather halter. She opened the mares stall door and put it on her. She gave Replay a cookie and led her to the wash rack. She hooked the mare up to the cross ties and then went and got her grooming box. Alex reached into her grooming box and grabbed a curry comb. She rubbed the curry comb in curcilar motoins on the mares bay coat. Alex then returned to grooming box and put the curry comb back and grabbed the hard brush. She ran the hard brush over the mares coat watching the dust come up leaving the coat shiny. Alex the grabbed the hoof pick. She went to go pick up the mares front right hoof. Replay stubernly kept it on the ground. Alex tried again. Alex then reached up and pinched the mares cheasnut. The mare picked up her leg. "Good girl" Alex crooned to the mare. Alex picked all of the hooves and then aplied hoof oil. Alex grabbed her Hunter green polo wraps and wrapped the mares legs. Alex stood up and looked at Replay. The mare started to paw the ground. Alex laughed she knew what the mare wanted. Alex dug into her pocket and drew out a cookie. "Here you go Princess." She said as she gave Replay the cookie. Alex toweled of Replay adding extra shine. She then grabbed a comb and horse hair detangler and set to work on Replays mane and tail. When the mare's tail and mane had no tangles, she went and grabbed her tack. Alex placed her hunter green saddle pad on the mares back. She ten grabbed her beval pad. After those two things were in place she put the saddle on Replay's back. She put the girth on the first hole and then went to the other side. alex reached under the mares belly and grabed the girth on the other side. She put it on the seconed hole. She then walked to the other side and put it on the seconed hole. Alex grabed the Bridle. She took the mares leather halter off and offered her the bit. Replay took the bit. "Good Girl" Alex said as she put the rest of the bridle on.

Alex leads the mare out of the wash rack to the arena. She tightens her girth and pulls down the stirrups. Alex gets on and asks Replay to walk forward withe a slight nudge of her heels. Alex then asks the mare to collect. Replay frames up breaking over at the withers. Replays head is on the natral vertical and she engages her stomach musclues. The mares stride is now shorter, but it holds more power due to the use of her hind end. Alex walks a lap then asks for a trot. The mare picks up the trot. Alex trots a few laps then she urges Replay into a smooth canter. The mare picks up the correct lead. After a few laps Alex cuts across the center of the arena. She asks for Replay to change her lead. Her signals invisable to the untrained eye. Replay does a flying lead change. Alex continues to canter. After a lap she slows the mare down to a trot and asks for a counter canter. The mare picks it up perfectly. Alex then slows to a trot. She then walks. Alex asks for a turn on the hanches and the a turn on the forhand. Replay does both very well. Alex pats the mare and dismounts. "Good Job Girly." She says to mare. "Good Job." She then rolls up her sturrips and losens the girth. She walks Replay into the barn and un-tacks.

Radar cantered around the patsure. Em usually didn't muck his stall, people did that for her. She will groom him, but only before really big shows - which, to Em, was every show. So, kinda often....but still. Very wierd behavior for his girl. If he jumped the fence he could get introuble with her, and he didn't want her mad at him. So he just found a sunny patch of grass and rolled around for a while.

Alex groomed Replay. She then put her blanket on ((what season is it)). She grabbed the mares leather halter, and put it on the mare. she lead Replay out to the pasture. She saw Radar in one of the pastures. Alex lead Replay to the other pasture not wanting to turn the mare out with the stallion.
