Sarah left Riley, and began to walk around the barn, bored.

Em was done grooming Sunday. She went to her dorm, grabbed her book, and went to the lounge She sat down and read, thinking aND trying to focus on her book

Jake looked around the barn, it was pretty empty, he went to remove his hat and relized it wasn't there. He must of left it in his dorm, he ran a hand through his hair and walked up into the lounge, freezing as he spotted Em. He gave a soft smile and walked upstairs into his dorm, he grabbed his hat and put it on, taking the stairs quickly he decided to try and make things right. He went over and sat down on the chair, across from Em. "Good book?" he asked.

Em blinked and looked up. "Yeah, it is actually" she said, turining the page in Whirlwind

Jake nodded and looked at the cover for a second, his green eyes then moved up to look at Em. "Em, listen, I'm sorry, I should've kept my mouth shut. Please, Em, I just want things to be right again." he said softly, his face serious.

"yeah, you shpuld have. Why would you say that stuff to me?" Em said softly, trying not to meet his eyes. She was ready to forgive him. Almost, but she juust neede to hear why he said that

Jake sighed and shook his head. "I was tired, didn't sleep enough, and I had a headache. I was snappy and didn't mean to hurt you, I'm so sorry, really am. If you don't forgive me, I understand, and I will never blame you for this." he said, looking away from her, out a window.

Em sighed. She put her book down and crossed her arms on the table, resting her chin on her wrist. "I'm always snappy, I guess its ok. But, ya know, the way I see it...People don't watch themselves when they're tired." she said, with the threat of a smile tugging at her lips.

Jake turned his head to look at her again, he smiled. "So we're okay then?" he asked, making sure he hadn't heard wrong, his eyes were bright, hopeful.

"Why not? I have too much to deal with what with my crappy Spanish Walk to be mad at you" Em saId, surrendoring to the smile. (If that makes sense)
