Xyli sighed, but didnt say anything, not wanting to scare off Lexi's prey. she sat back on her haunches to watch her friend hunt

Lexi's eyes locked on a limping zebra probably an injury from another predator she thought and moved closer when she was close enough she took off running the herd dashed away she got confused for a moment but soon found the injured one and pounced on it it tried bucking her off and biting her she hld onto its shoulder and dug her teeth into its neck it collapsed.

Xyli purred, complementing the tactic, "nice!" she mewed, trotting up to her and the dead zebra. she looked around for her own prey, her mind still pulsing with the bloodlust she had felt since Jade and Wind had been aloud on their territory

"thanks"lexi mewed and bit into the zebra roaring to her cubs to come. Nikki perked her ears up"come on kefir."she said kefir nodded and ran off towards the roar nikki close behind

Xyli looked around and caught scent of some water buffalo. she staulked through the tall grass until she spotted one. it was huge, and looked powerful. normally she wouldnt ever try to take down one of them, but her claws were just itching to kill something, and she hardly even thought about it before racing out and jumping on the huge animal, biting and slashing at it, her eyes slits

Lexi stood watching xyli hoping she wouldnt get hurt. Nikki and kefir came to the carcass and looked up at lexi"here eat."she said smiling"okay."kefir said

th buffalo bucked and snorted, but Xyli hissed nad snapped at its throat, her long teeth peircing the veins and the powerfu beast soon fell dead.

Lexi sighed releived when she saw the buffalo go down nikki ran over to xyli"can i helpyou bring it back?"she asked

Xyli nodded, her tongue lolling out as she panted from effort, her mouth dripping with blood.
