Frogpaw had retrieved the mouse he'd caught and buried it besides his thrush and squirrel. "I think we've got plenty of prey." he thought as he scented more prey hunted by the patrol. Frogpaw looked around and didn't see any other patrol member, not even Copperpaw. "Hello..?" he whispered. Frogpaw's grey fur twitched, feeling eerie. He sniffed the air and couldn't find a trace of the patrol members."I can't scent anyone!" Frogpaw padded deeper into the forest, hoping that he'd find at least his mentor or Copperpaw.

Hazelfoot smiled. She was usually grumpy and cranky, but she had down accustomed to Beeleg. "Sure, why not." she chuckled, her voice sounding raspy as usual. The Himalayan-Siamese mix spotted Toadstripe speaking with Frostbreeze. "Hey Beeleg, there's Toadstripe," She pointed to him with her tail. Hazelfoot thought it would be best for Beeleg to know that her son was safe. As for Copperpaw, Hazelfoot believed she headed out with the hunting patrol.

"i love this place!" the tom smiled, standing up and shaking out his fur. "so.. how long do you want to stay here? i also eh.. have to ask you a question.. but.. maybe later.." the tom meowed, trailing off.

He enjoyed flirting with the she-cats, it was simply in his nature, but he never took it very seriously. "Lead the way, love." he purred, looking back over his shoulder at Brightwhisker.

"I'm alright, I was just on my way to see if there isn't any patrol I could join, but it seems they have enough cats going out." Echosong replied, flicking her tail. She decided that she would go look for her apprentice in a moment, just in case Aspenpaw was still asleep in the apprentices' den. "What are your plans for today?" the grey she-cat meowed.

”Great!” Winterpaw beamed. But then she noticed his gaze wander to her scars and frown a little, which she interpreted the wrong way. Even though the scars marked that she had fought for her clan, they still made her self-conscious, especially around toms that she actually liked. She drew a paw over her cheek, as if trying to hide them, before turning to face the water. “Alright, first you have to make sure that your shadow isn’t falling on the water or it will alert the fish.” She meowed, crouching down next to the water’s edge, her eyes fixed on the surface.

Riverstorm picked up her vole and headed back to where she had left the rest of the patrol. On the way she dug up the squirell and mouse she had also caught and then dropped it all near to where Silvershine was standing. Without a word she sat down to wait for the rest of the cats to make their way back.

Frostbreeze laughed softly. "It's okay. I'm just glad you care." A warm smile rested on her muzzle as she listened to the tom speak. "I'd love to take a stroll into the forest." She stretched out her front legs. "I'm itching to get out of camp and do something besides sitting around." Without waiting for the tom's response, the she-cat rose to her paws. Excitement washed over her as she prepared herself to head out towards the pond.

Mousepaw's body tensed as she heard Briarwing speak. Oh no... They saw me! Her heart began to beat rapidly as anxiety washed over her. Taking a deep breath in an attempt to recollect herself, the she-cat peeked back inside. The she-cat took small steps as she made her way into the den. Her eyes sparkled with interest as she gazed around at the various herbs and berries. Not wanting to look awkward, the small apprentice spoke up. "Good morning to you both." The calico dipped her head towards Briarwing and Wrenpaw as she greeted the two.

Oakpaw watched as the she-cat covered her scars. His tail twitched anxiously. He began to feel awkward, hoping he didn't upset the she-cat. He focused his attention on Winterpaw as she began to speak. "Okay. I can do that." His head nodded as he approached the water, following the instructions he was given. Keeping your shadow off of the water could be difficult during certain times of the day, depending on the suns location. The small tom gazed into the water, waiting for Winterpaw's next directions.

Dusty chuckled. She held her head high in the air, allowing the light breeze to blow through her fur. She couldn't complain about this weather at all. As they arrived, her eyes widened, taking in the beauty of the meadow. "It's so amazing!" The she-cat agreed as she made herself comfortable sitting down beside the tom. Her eyes closed and jaws parted as she took in the fresh air. At the sound of Olive's voice, she turned her head to face him. "Right now I feel like I could stay here forever!" She chirped. Her ears began to twitch. "A question?" She tilted her head slightly as she gazed at the tom. "Oh.. uh, okay.." Not wanting to dwell on it too much, she lifted her head once again. Her eyes followed each passing cloud.

Echosong's fur bristled at his comment about Aspenpaw, her ears lying flat against her head. "Yes Aspenpaw is my apprentice," she snapped, standing up abruptly. Even though the she-cat had a very mild temper most of the time and got along well with pretty much everyone, she despised when someone made cruel comments about another cat, especially one close to her. "He is as much a part of this clan as you are, and obviously a much more pleasant one at that," Echosong growled, her eyes narrowed before she spun around and stalked off towards the apprentices's den, her tail lashing behind her in fury.

Winterpaw fixed her gaze on the water and on the occasional movement under the surface. "Alright, now you just need to wait for the right moment until the fish is right where you want it to be. Just watch the ripples and the sun reflecting off of their scales to be able to tell where they are. And then you just..." she trailed off, slowly lifting her paw into the air. Spotting her chance, she unsheathed her claws, swiped at the water with the speed and accuracy needed to then scoop up one of the fish and throw it out onto the bank. With a satisfied grin she leapt towards her kill and held it down until it stopped thrashing.

The tom said nothing as he dug up his squirrel, shaking the dirt out of its brown fur, he then followed the patrol. His mind not focused, so he didn't notice his apprentice was not with the rest of them. He nodded his head, they caught a decent amount of prey. Especially Riverstorm, he had to admit she was a wonderful warrior. He paused, his head turning. "Where's Frogpaw?" He asked urgently, as he just noticed his apprentice wasn't there. The tom glanced at them worriedly.

Frogpaw spotted the grey she-cat by the prey that was caught by the patrol. He bounded over to her and and flicked his tail. "I don't know where everyone else is," he meowed, settling down and wrapping his tail around his paws. Frogpaw's eyes glimmered at some sunlight passed through the trees. "I think we have more than enough prey to feel the Clan!" He purred as he kneaded the ground, impatient to go back to camp with plentiful prey. Frogpaw perked his hears and spotted his mentor bounding over. "Hi Slatepelt!" He noticed his mentor looked concerned.
