Brackenpaw sat by the entrance of apprentices den, rasping his tongue over his paw a few times before running it over his ear and head. His impaitent gaze shot aorund the clearing as he stretched and padded to the fresh-kill pile, picking around.

seeing the apprentice walk by she rolled her eyes almost laughing, she honestly didn't care if her didn't talk to her there were plenty of other cats to have a talk with and she was fine on her own anyways.

Kestrelpaw stood back up, shaking the sand from her pelt. "Thank you, Softfeather!" She panted.
The apprentice backed up and crouched back down, lashing her tail in the air. She focused on the ground underneath her mentor and jumped, twisting, and landed on her back with the same result as the first time.
"Oomph!" Again, she laid on the ground, looking up at Softfeather. "I'm not good at this one..." She mewed. She frowned, still laying on the ground.

Sableclaw sat, and curled her tail tightly around her. "Oh, I understand." She mewed calmly, though she forced her fur flat. "Apprentices shouldn't go out alone. I was just outside camp waiting for her to join my patrol." She tipped her head.
"Your border patrol was quick, wasn't it?" She asked.

Softfeather walked over to the apprentice and picked her up by her scruff”it’s ok I don’t expect you to get it first try it’s a complex move and you are already so close to getting it”softfeatger said looking cheery”let’s head back to camp you deserve some fresh kill and some rest"
