Sonya smiled, then lowered her head to graze.

Spartain fell asleep

Sonya laid down next to him and soon fell asleep too.

Parsley suddenly smelled something. She was jerked from her sleep and ran towards the forest. There she pulled up short a few lengths into the trees to keep herself from crashing into a stallion. Parsley lowered her head in a challenge in case this horse wanted to take her away to be part of his herd, but kept her eyes up, waiting.

Chase started as a mare crashed into. He stared at her, then began backing up quickly, his eyes full of fear.

Parsley reared. "This is our territory!" she neighed, her voice quaking, until she realized this horse wasn't trying to intrude. "I'm sorry. " she said much more pleasently. "Welcome. Do you wish to come and graze? As long as the stallions accept, of course."
