Thornpaw playfully batted at his sister's muzzle. Ashpaw swiped at her brother's paw. "Stop it!" Thornpaw chuckled, cuffing his sister's ear with claws sheathed. She sighed. "Come on, sis. You're no fun. Lighten up!" She sighed yet again, attempting to push her brother over. Thornpaw pushed back harder, sending Ashpaw tumbling. She yowled, startled. Thornpaw pounced on his sister, laughing.

Virgil prowled through the trees, stopping often to scent the air for prey or other cats. He had found a mouse not too long ago, surely he hadn't scared it too far off.

She layed at her nest tryin to get some sleep, but her bad contition just started to get worst. She curled tighter to warm herself because she was pretty cold at the moment, her throat feeled dry and she was little hard to breath.

She walked around the forest, easely catching a prey or two. The forest was seeming so peacefully today, almost like the whole forest was still asleep.

Birdsong sighed and padded out of the camp. She followed a rabbit scent to the border. She frowned and glanced around and pricked her ears up.

The dark tom purred a bit, glad that Leafflame was excited about the new cat who joined. Shadedheart headed over to the fresh-kill pile, noticing it was rather low. "We should go hunting soon." Shadedheart said, taking a plump rat from the pile. Like Shadedheart, it was slightly oversized. With the rat still in his jaws, Shadedheart asked, "Want to share?"

"Hello, Silverstone!" Watersong greeted her sister. Watersong stopped eating her bird and sat up straight. "Have you heard? We've got a new cat joining our Clan!" Watersong felt the need to brag about helping to get Rabbit to join, but of it wasn't for Poppyfern's strict tone to the sassy rogue, she wasn't sure if she could've gotten Rabbit to agree to join. She was practically useless in the patrol.

Cloverclaw took her prey over to Talonblaze and Nightingalepaw. "I can't smell anything else besides monsters." Cloverclaw told the two with the mouse in her jaws.

"Anything or anyone I should worry about?" Rabbit asked. She remembered back to a story her mother told her about the old group she had joined. Her mother only heard good things about the group and wasn't at all aware of the dangerous cats and all the strict rules it had.

Beavertail grinned at Dustsong's concern,
glad the she-cat seemed worried about him. "Fi-" Beavertail began to say until a bunch of violent coughs interrupted his lie. His vision became blurry and he felt and intense pain in his chest. "I feel sick... I probably would've caught something if it wasn't for these stupid cou-" Beavertail said honestly, until his coughs interrupted him again.

Woodenpaw frowned when Duskpaw began to cough. "Asphondelleaf, do you think it'll be alright if I get them some prey?" The apprentice asked.

She looked at her sister with joy. "how wonderful!" she purred as she began to eat a mouse. Silverstone looked at Waterson "where does this cat come from?" she questioned. She does not know much about what happens around camp because she is mainly with the kittens.

Thornpaw hurriedly scurried off of his sister, trying to look as innocent as possible. "Hi!" Ashpaw stood, shaking dirt off of her pelt. "I swear, you act more like a kit than an apprentice," she muttered to her brother before looking up at their companion. "Hello, Willowwhisper."

The silver she-cat took awhile to think. Rabbit hadn't have said anything about where she came from, but her scent was unusual yet familiar. "I don't know," Watersong admitted. "But she probably lived on the edge of our territory. She's also pretty sassy so maybe she bumped into one of our patrols before?"

Nightfoot watched as his clanmates scurried around, him being partially disappointed that he hadn't bothered to join one of the many patrols that were going on at the moment. Sighing to himself, he shuddered as a cold breeze managed to blow through the camp. Or... was it a breeze? None of the other cats seemed to have reacted to the breeze at all, which he found especially odd figuring that his long fur should have kept any sort of chills out. Well, whatever it was, he really didn't like being cold and laid down, tucking his paws under himself in an effort to stay warm.

Firestrike listened to the two apprentices talk for a bit, and opened his eyes again when Woodenpaw offered to go hunting for them. He wanted to go help her out and maybe give her some more pointers, but one attempt at trying to get back to his feet made it clear that he was in no condition to do so. His paw still shot a wave of pain through his shoulder when he tried, and the world started spinning the moment he opened his eyes. He swore under his breath before laying down again with an irritated huff.

"Of course, there's predators in the territory, but you'll have no problems fending them off after some training,"

Honeypaw listened carefully to what Moonshade had to say and observed her pose again, nodding in understanding.
"Ohh, okay! Let me try it again!" She stretched momentarily before attempting the crouch again, making sure to try and spread her weight evenly and holding her tail down lower. She felt like she could fall over if she lifted a paw and she shook slightly because of inexperience, but overall hoped that she had it down. She turned back in her mentor's direction, but picked up an odd scent in the air, causing her to make a face. Getting back on her feet, Honeypaw chirped, "What's that smell Moonshade? I didn't notice it earlier?"

The tabby slowed his pace to a trot once he arrived in an unfamiliar part of the woods. The trees around him loomed farther overhead than he had remembered them doing, and the squishy, mossy ground underneath felt like he was walking on fresh kill. Sunbeams filtered through overhead, but the little bit of light they provided did nothing to help him, seeing as he was used to the bright city lights in the twolegplace. He could hear creatures running around him, but he wasn't able to catch any proper looks at them before their steps silenced. Axl felt his fur prickle in anticipation as he heard a heavier set of steps come nearer to his location, unable to recognize them as cat steps in his panic. He stopped himself from calling out a "who's there?" out of fear of attracting a predator, and instead held his breath in hopes that they would pass him by.

Spottednose let out a sigh of boredom. He wished he asked someone to join him in collecting herbs but he wasn't thinking about it back in camp. The white and gray tom padded around, collecting herbs until he heard something above him. "Hello? Who's there?" The tom asked, trying to sound like he'd attack before getting attacked.

"Right, right, so you sayin' that a bit of trainin' here can get me to fend off a dog? I'm not even sure if three cats can do that!" Rabbit said. Though she hoped to sound rude, she was more interested to see how MossClan handled attacks like that. On her journey here, she had to run away from plenty of dogs and, so far, they've proven to be quite the predators.

Virgil jumped as he heard a cat's call. Instantly, his mind started racing. How had he not scented the other? And the Clan cats usually didn't wander far from their claimed territory... Had he wandered into Clan territory without realizing it? His heart pounded in his chest. He began creeping away from the voice, hoping to get away undetected.
