"Okay!" Shinepaw chimed following them out.

Emberstar walked with the apprentices. "So, what do you like about being apprentices?", he asked with a smile. He remembered when he was an apprentice.

Cinderpaw grinned and responded, "Everything! Even cleaning the elder's den is much more better than being stuck in the nursery all day, like two moons ago."

[Lil'Tiger]

Emberstar laughed. He remembered being in the nursery. He'd sometimes get stuck in the nest.

Cinderpaw remembered back then, when she was with her siblings, Redpaw and Snowpaw, but she remembered what had happened, and blocked those painful, bittersweet memories, but even that could not protect her from being hurt. They were gone, and would never come back.

"Well... I just love to learn." Shinepaw replied quietly.
"So really every days a new joy."

[Skyfoxx]

Cinderpaw was jolted out of her thoughts by Shinepaw's words, and simply nodded.

After finishing the mouse Frostwing began washing her whiskers.

Feathersong padded out of the medicine den. She walked over to Frostwing. "Tell Emberstar I went out for herbs when he gets back."she meowed to her sister. "OK" Frostwing replied.

Dewclaw watched the three cats leave, and then stretched, yawning.
