Infernostar shrugged. "I don't know. I was just going to announce it to the Clan, but I wanted to tell you first." She clawed her way up onto the Clan meeting place. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath HighRock for a Clan meeting."

All my cats who are in the camp walk over to the meetingplace except Nymph who looks oddly out of place

Ashpaw and Swiftpaw bound over and sit down beside their father, Jayflight.
Jayflight wished their kits didnt have to know about their mothers disappearance, but they would find out soon enough.
Cloverdash sat down and looked up at her leader.

Cats streamed out of the dens.

Infernostar looked around the camp. "I have some sad news to report. Two of our cats have gone missing." She let that sink into the cat's minds.

Ashpaw glanced up at her father, but he doesnt meet her gaze.

Fuzzyfire sat near Infernostar, her eyes seeking out Feathertail's. Brackencloud dropped his head, knowing what she was about to say.

Nymph snuck out of camp, not wanting to intrude.

Infernostar resumed speaking. "Bloodwing and Rainheart are the cats who have gone missing. If anyone knows where they are, please come tell me."

Ashpaw fought a wail and pressed into her fathers fur. Swiftpaw did the same, sticking close to his father, and not meeting another cats gaze.
Suprise washed over Cloverdash, and she glances over at her brother, and her heart filled with pain when she saw the hurt in the three cats.

Autumnlight stared in shock. "They're missing? What happened?" she looked at the three cats who were mourning it seemed. Could they have gone off together?
