she needed to get to higher ground. she'd been hit by the typhoon hard and somehow, survived. it truly was a miracle, but although her whole body felt pain. she knew she had deep wounds, but she still trekked though the debris. it wasn't a far walk, considering she wasn't that close to the ocean, otherwise, she'd be dead. she awkwardly crawled up the hill until she got tired and paused for a second on the side of the hill. but she knew she shouldn't stop. she placed her foot down and started climbing again. she slipped. her foot lost hold, and she fell a couple feet. she started to gather her strength, and made it back to where she fell. she scrambled up the last feet, and more quickly then she expected, she made it to the top. she dragged herself away from the edge and sat down. she was dead tired. she could of fell asleep right then, right there. but she didn't, she needed to make sure everyone was okay, that everyone had not suffered. but she knew deep inside, that everyone had suffered. she was lucky today, and she knew that she had been lucky. some cats had died and lost the ones they love. she didn't feel pain other than her wounds now, but she knew the feeling. she had felt the burning feeling when her mother died. she rested her head on her paws. but she stayed awake, keeping her eyes open for danger. she did not care about her cuts and bruises, and cloverpaw didn't even care if anyone noticed her or not.
