"Hmmm... Really? That's strange... How could you be able to teleport with metal? Is it because metal is a fantastic conductor of electricity? Greedy humans..." Semper Fi managed to take flight, his wings sustaining his weight.

"I don't know exactly how it works," said Strike, scratching behind one ear with a hind paw, half her mind still on the search for metal in the ground. "But my theory is that I somehow manage to change myself into a pure form of lightning, then conduct myself through the metal in the ground, appearing at my destination unharmed."

"Huh, strange." Semper Fi grinned, and imagined Strike rushing through the ground as a bolt of light. xD What a silly mental picture. Not that he would admit that to Strike.

"Aha!" laughed Strike, locating a vein of iron about one hundred feet below. She turned to Semper Fi and grabbed his scruff, calling out, "Don't throw up, okay?" before closing her eyes and dragging him into her elemental magic, zapping both of them into the ground and along the thick trail of conductive metal.

Semper Fi shook himself after they finished teleporting, feeling rather.... strange. Relieved when they got to their destination, SF actually enjoyed the process. He loved action, thrills, and unexpected stuffs. xD

Strike shook her head, slightly disorientated, and looked around. "Whoa," she said after a while. "I didn't realize the vein stretched so far. The forest we started from, why, we're standing in it! And over there, hmm, that must be the pool. I think there's somebody over there. It might be Utau."

"Utau!" Semper Fi called. "Is that you?"

Utau thought she heard her name being called and woke up. "Hmm?" she asked sleepily, still laying down on the rock. She yawned and blinked, then stood slowly, still dazed from sleeping. "It might be, depends who's asking." she said, a little more awake, but still half asleep.

Semper Fi tackled Utau joyously, licking at her fur. "We're back!" He howled, his voice ringing through the forest and shaking a tree's branches from it's intensity.
