Tigerstrike followed. She grinned at her sister as they walked, but didn't bother saying anything. As they neared the border, Tigerstrike's ears pricked as she heard a small mewl. "Did you hear that?"

Willowsong walked beside her sister, knowing that once she was in the nursery she would be there for moons."Yeah."she answered, scenting the air. She picked up a scent of blood and darted forward, soon seeing two limp bodies of a tom and a she-cat."Dear starclan."

"What happen--" Tigerstrike paused when she heard another mewl. She looked around and pinpointed the meow coming from a hollow tree trunk. She hesitantly padded over there and looked in, spotting a small kit in there. "Willowsong!"

Willowsong was scenting the air, trying to see if any foxes were still nearby. Luckily the scent of fox was stale, but once she heard her sister she was on alert. She bounded over and looked at the small kit."We should get him back to camp. He can't survive on his own."she looked at Heather as he let out another mewl

Tigerstrike stared at Heather before picking him up. She looked over at the two bodies. "They must've been his parents," she murmured before she started to run back to camp.
