Tigerstrike nodded. "And hey, even if Mapleheart was still alive, I'd be playing with her kits now!" She glanced at the nursery. "Hopefully they grow up soon! I want to meet them all for who they are besides crawling, mewling balls of fur."

"Well im sure they have plenty of personality already!"Willowsong purred."I just hope I get to mentor a kit someday, though that won't be happening anytime soon."she remembered her talk with Oakstorm, knowing soon enough she'd be in the nursery."I heard that Sagestar wants you to mentor one of Mallowheart's kits though."

Thorn

He gathered his kits close to him and looked down at his paws. What was he supposed to do? He didn't know who he could trust to come with him. He just wanted his kits to stay safe, and he was almost positive that they wouldn't be safe in the clan. He again brushed past Hollypaw and padded into the medicine den. "Could I have two more poppy seeds?" Maybe sleeping would clear his head...

"Really?" Tigerstrike sat up. "That'd be awesome! Maybe you'll mentor one too!"

Barkfoot sat up once he saw Thorn. "Of course. Did those first ones help?" he asked as he padded to the store and grabbed some poppyseeds, padding back to Thorn and putting them down.

Willowsong shook her head."That would be really cool, but I won't be mentoring an apprentice any time soon."

He nodded slowly, "They did but I need to sleep... and think. It's just too much." He admitted looking down at the poppy seeds. "I can't think clearly anymore and I hardly get any sleep." He watched as Nightkit wandered from the nursery. He lunged forward bounding towards her. He didn't want the clan cats hurting her.

Fern

She dragged the piece of prey over to Alexander's den. She set it down and bounded away. Maybe he didn't want her help but she would give it to him anyways. Every cat needed a little kindness every once in a while.

(Sorry if he seems rude he's just so afraid for his kits. After what happened he doesn't know how much he trusts the clan.)

Alexander padded out of the and noticed Nightkit."I'll watch over Nightkit."he looked at the kit, then at Thorn."I'll make sure shes safe, I promise. Theres no way I would any harm come to her."he knew that Nightkit was Mapleheart's kin and he didn't want her to get hurt.
