Tornadostorm's eyes grew wide, and she let out a horrified gasp, "Wait, WHAT?!" She felt her fur spike, and she felt herself start shaking "Oh noooo, no no no...." She remembered an apprentice was standing front of her, she had to calm herself. "Te-tell the o-others to bring-bring them back to camp... I-I've got to tell Primalstar..." she wheeled around, and bounded as fast as she could towards the leaders den. Mostly forgetting her courtesy, she stumbled into the cave's darkness. "Primalstar? PRIMALSTAR!!! Please wake up! Rabbitfur and Yewpaw are dead!"

Woodenheart

Woodenheart stood there, staring at Yewpaw and Rabbitfur's corpses. She sat there asking questions no one could answer but nearly anyone within ten fox-lengths of her could hear. "No.... N-no... What.... Who...?" Woodenheart slowly mumbled to herself. She slightly calmed herself down and was no longer shouting, but now she was completely shocked. She sat there, shaking, unable to move. She thought about all warriors who might've killed her.

Frostedkit slowly awoke as the noises outside grew louder. Her eyes fluttered open and she looked around. “Mama? Where are you? What’s going on?” She stood up and began to walk around, looking for Badgerface. She stumbled out of the den and glanced around the clearing. “Mama?” She called once more, hopefully.

Spiritwish sighed.
"We should get them back to camp." She padded forward and ducked under the water, re-emerging with Yewpaw on her back. The water that soaked through both of their fur weighed her down heavily, and she struggled not to lose her balance. She was never the strongest cat, and she knew attempting to carry the late apprentice on her own was a mistake.

Gempaw

Gempaw really didn't like the sound of going back out to the lake, especially now that she knew what would await her when she got there. Still, she followed the deputy's orders, taking a few deep breaths in an effort to calm herself before leaving the camp once again. The apprentice wanted so badly to convince herself that this was all just some messed up dream, but even she knew that there was no chance of that. As she once again approached the lake, she could make out the two warriors' figures along with a body she could tell was Yewpaw's as she got closer. "Tornadostorm told me t-to tell you that we h-have to bring them back," She stuttered as she made it back to the warriors again. Stopping herself from nervously grooming instead of helping, Gempaw headed to the edge of the water and despite how gross the idea of it was to her, attempted to bring Rabbitfur's body back to shore as well.

Badgerface: [going with majority- Lionstrike]

The she-cat suddenly froze at the opening of the den as she heard the cry.
Rabbitfur and Yewpaw...dead? She blinked and forced herself to look bsck at Frostedkit who had rushed past her in a frenzy. Badgerface was quickly by her side, wrapping her tail around the shaking kit and drawing her close to her body. "Shhh, don't be afraid." She cooed, trying to keep beer voice calm. She flattened her ears and then also called Coldkit to her side. She would have herded them back into the nursery but her mind was too distracted.
