Mistywing nodded, desperately wishing she could say that everything was going to be okay, but deep down she was frantically trying not to break down. Jadetooth is a calm and loyal deputy, she told herself, She and Batstar will lead us to win this battle. And it was the worst type of battle. Now to think about it, if Moonstar was really the murderer, she wouldn’t have named the next leader and deputy. She would’ve left Thunderclan to die out. It’s the small signs that never get noticed.

Riverface raised her head, her ears angled towards Jadetooth and Mistywing.
"Is something wrong?" She asked, yawning widely before snuggling Spikekit closer to her.

Bloomingflower licked her paw slightly, feeling confident
about this vote. Their was no way anybody could possibly suspect her! She was too kind,
so sweet, she was basically the light of the clan, including everyone. Why would anybody
think she could kill another cat? Why? No reason. So it was a major surprise when her name
was yelled.
"Bloomingflower did it!"
Cried one cat.
"I saw her do it!"
Yowled Cutpaw, in an angry voice.
I watched her kill Feathermist!"
Mistywing added. Cats began to agree with The two, and angry shouts filled the air.
'SILENCE!"
Batstar called. The clan hushed, listening to Batstar's words.
"Did you do this?"
He asked to Bloomingflower. The shook her head no, automatically. Mistywing and Cutpaw looked
at each other and hissed.
"You fox-heart! Don't lie!"
Mistywing shouted, her lip raised. Blooming flower dipped her head.
Batstar gestured for her to come up to the highrock. Bloomingflower
walked up calmly, not making a sound.
"Did you kill all those cats?
Batstar asked coolly, looking at her. Instead of replying, she jumped on Batstar, leaving him struggling to hang onto
the highrock. Since Moonstar was exiled with all 9 lives, he could not be granted any. With fear in his eyes, he looked
at Bloomingflower.
"Yes."
She replied, in a broken voice. Anger surged through Batstar, and he was given to power jump away from the perilous edge.
"Murderer!"
He yowled, pinning Bloomingflower. His paw, nearly unsheathed on her neck.
"Tell them."
Batstar snapped, pushing harder. Bloomingflower batted his paw away.
"I killed them!"
She yowled, and with that, Batstar unsheathed his claw, allowing his claws to sink into her neck.
"It was a pleasure knowing you."
Bloomingflower coughed. Her last words, were perhaps the most sarcastic any cat had ever seen.

Despite the rough start, Thunderlclan won! Good luck bringing your numbers back up Thunderclan!
