Blake just nodded, "That's fine, as long as he doesn't scorch my new t-shirt." He warned, as his new t-shirt had been made for him, with his name in cool letters across the chest.
Haley tried but she couldn't stop herself from laughing. The thing was, the laugh was unlike every other laugh ever. It was beautiful, stunningly so, and utterly unique. "I doubt he will, he's never taken it that far before."
Blake smiled back, wondering how she could sound so...beautiful. "Yeah, well just to make sure." He chuckled back.
"Do you too want to stop flirting and watch where you are going?" Mia asked, as she called from behind. She watched as Blake and Haley got closer to the edge of cliff.
Calla swam beside the Fin, often diving under water so she could explore the world beneath the sky. They had left the Wailord, and instead of flying with Tri, Calla had decided to give her flying Pokemon a break by swimming for a while. She knew that she could swim quite far without getting tired, and that was what she hoped to do.
Haley didn't blush when Mia scolded then and instead she stuck her tongue out. "Psh, I saw it!" She said, eyes warm with teasing. Reba meowed softly, stretching, her claws accidently digging into Haleys shoulders. Haley jumped, eyes wide, and Reba went flying. Charcoal took off and caught the Espeon in his massive claws then set her on the ground. Haley breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you Char." She murmered her hand resting on his forehead.
Mia looked over the edge to see a sparkling lake, "This must be it." She commented, wondering how it had been so close to where they been. "Anyone want to go for a swim?" She asked, taking her pack off, and thinking it would be nice to swim in the nice cold water.
Before Blake could decide or even reply a flash of light came from his pocket. Followed by a large splash as Shark jumped in the lake. "I guess my mind has been make up for me." He chuckled, tossing his bag and shoes aside. Then he pulled off his shirt, hoping to make an impression on the girls with his board, muscular chest as he jumped in the lake after his Swampert.
Haley just rolled her eyee, which were full of happiness and laughter, and kicked off her shoes, threw down her backpack, and very gently placed her 'tair bag down. "I'm totally up for it!" she said, smile wide. She laughed again when her ninetails, Star, rushed into the water at full blast, barking like a maniac.
Mia looked through her bags, making sure she had another change of clothes so she wouldn't be walking around soaking went. She released her other Pokemon, so if wanted to swim, they could. Mia jumped in too, laughing as the water soaked into her clothes.
Blake swam deep with powerful strokes. The water was clear and slightly warm which was prefect for him. Swampert was already swimming away but Blake resurfaced and waited for the girls to jump in.
Haley smiled and ran, jumping in, her hair blowing back at the wind her movements created. She surfaced near Blake, not at all on purpose of course, and smiled at them both, eyes and smile full of happiness. She floated on her back, eyes closing, breath slowing as she calmed.
Blake smiled at Haley before being pulled under. He turned around but just missed Shark as she veered away. Instead of going after the Swampert he grabbed on to Haley's foot.
