Tigerpaw heard movement behind her. She looked around, and saw a tortoiseshell tail waving above some of the bracken. She ran over, recognizing Maplepaw at once. "Hi!"

"Hi!" Maplepaw meowed her anger dissolving as she spotted Tigerpaw. "How are you?" The young apprentice inquired laying down in the tree branch she was standing on and allowing one paw to dangle over the edge.

"Can I at least help by checking if they're healthy when they're born?" He asked.

"I think Barkfoot will have them checked over by the time others can come in. You can wait with me though and see them once they're born."Foxcloud offered

"Er... Do you want to go hunting with me?" Hollypaw asked Dreampaw, still blushing.

"Sure!" She smiled at him. She noticed him blushing but made sure not to let her facial expression give away her notice. He's cute. she thought

"I'm good! I can tell you're a little down, though. What's up?" Tigerpaw hopped up the tree and laid down next to Maplepaw.

Fawnstep's breathing grew heavier every moment she laid there. When the pain became unbearable, she looked up at Foxcloud. "Can you get Barkfoot now?"

Owlkit began to get nervous. He could not take it and grabbed a stick. "Bite it when it hurts." He meowed.

She looked over at Tigerpaw, "Hollypaw and I were battle training, it was fun because usually I train by myself. I thought he was having a good time but the second Dreampaw walks by he forgets about everything else and goes to moon over her>' She meowed bitterly looking down at the ground beneath the tree.

Owlkit was shivering. He had no idea where Barkfoot or Bramblepaw was, and it was all up to him if they didn't return when Fawnstep was kitting.

Barkfoot ran over to the nursery, holding cobwebs and borage. He sat down next to Fawnstep, preparing to help her.(timeskip?)

Tigerpaw nodded. "Well, Regalpaw and Hollypaw are kin after all, and they do take after each other." She laid her head on the branch. "Toms."
