Mintwhisker got up and stretched, then he sat on his nest, with his tail neatly curled around his paws.

Spicefur paused in her licking, to smile at Mintwhisker and say, "Hi Mintwhisker! How did you sleep?"

Mintwhisker nodded, "Fine."

Spicefur nodded too. "That's good." She went back to licking her pelt, her light ginger pelt sparkling in the sunlight.

Mintwhisker nodded, "You?" He asked.

Spicefur paused in her licking. "Pretty good - The sun woke me up though." She turned to the entrance of the cave, where sun was streaming through, and scrunched her nose. She muttered to herself, "Stupid sun."

[Minnieme]

Mintwhisker chuckled for the first time since he was a kit, "It's not the sun's fault, it's the moon. It pushed the sun up in the sky."

Spicefur stared at him for a moment, a stunned look on her face. Mintwhisker...Laughed? Then, slowly, she broke out into her own grin, and laughed too. "I guess your right. I never thought of it that way."

Mintwhisker smiled, then walked out of the warriors den.
