Siren looked at the three warriors she was with, and looked to her pile of fish. How was she going to take all this back to camp?

[Skyblaze]

Cloudblaze answered her unasked question by picking up his two fish, and two more of Siren's. "Come on," he mumbled to Coaltail and Skyblaze. Skyblaze picked up her one fish and another two of Siren's, and Coaltail grabbed his three. "Can you manage those two?" Cloudblaze asked Siren.

Siren nodded, she could have carried four, but she picked up the remaining two and followed them back to camp

Leo finished grooming himself and looked around, wondering if he would ever learn all the cats' names. He did tend to be bad at names, but that wasn't his fault. Memory wasn't one of his strong suits.

[Skyblaze]

Cloudblaze padded into camp with his patrol and deposited the fish on the fresh-kill pile. Rubystar purred gratefully. "You're a wonderful hunter, Siren," she praised.

A yowl sounded from the nursery. "My kits are coming!" Silkflower cried.

Valleylight and Sturgeonclaw exploded from the nursery and raced to Silkflower's side, along with Rubystar and Quartzclaw.

"Just breathe," Pyritegleam advised. "I know what it's like." She comfortingly licked the skinny queen's ears.

Silkflower was rewarded with two tiny kits, a tom and a she-cat. "What will you name them?" Rubystar asked kindly. "They're beautiful," she added.

Sturgeonclaw sighed with relief, grateful that his mate's sister made it through in her weak state.

Silkflower lifted her tail and tapped the tawny and white tabby she-cat on the head. "Olivekit," she decided. The second kit, a black tom with white stripes, was dubbed "Stormkit."

Leo poked his head into the Nursery, purring when he saw the kits. "They're beautiful, Silk- er, I mean Silkflower"

[Skyblaze]

Silkflower purred quietly. "Thanks, Leo," she murmured. Her eyes drifted shut, then she blinked again. "Will you tell Siren, Merue, and Fera if you see them?"
