[Skyblaze]

Cloudblaze shrugged, and dashed away into the undergrowth towards the BrookClan border. The sound of rushing water grew louder as they drew closer, and he yowled over his shoulder, "This stream in the border with BrookClan. There was a battle here not long ago." He skidded to a halt on the bank, and Skyblaze and Coaltail fanned out to different places on the river's edge. "Do you know how to fish?" Cloudblaze asked Siren.

Siren smiled. "I love to fish!" she meowed, and went over to the stream. She waited a few moments, and scooped out a silvery fish. She bit it, killing it, and went back to the water, watching

[Skyblaze]

Cloudblaze's eyes bugged out. "Impressive!" he meowed. "You're even better than me," he remarked enviously. "I'm more of a bird-hunting tree-climbing cat."

Skyblaze screeched as Coaltail's fish flipped out of the water and smacked her on the head before she killed it. She peered at Coaltail with narrowed eyes, water dripping off of her muzzle. "Mouse-brain! I'm going to smell like fish for moons," she complained, dunking her head in the river while Coaltail rolled around on the ground, purring.

Cloudblaze glanced at Siren. "Don't judge them yet," he purred with amusement.

Siren smiled, landing her fourth fish on the bank. "Smelling like fish isn't necessarily a bad thing" she chuckled

[Skyblaze]

Coaltail glanced at Siren's ever-growing pile. "Look at you..." he teased Skyblaze. "A clan-born warrior being outfished! Horrendous!"

Skyblaze, dripping wet from her dunk in the river, hissed and leaped on top of Coaltail. "Mouse-brain!" She raged.

Cloudblaze purred and shook his head. "They still act like kits," he told Siren.

Siren stopped fishing, and looked at the two cats. "I'm clan born." she muttered, and went back to looking for fish

[Skyblaze]

Skyblaze sat up and shook out her fur. "Really?" She asked Siren. "Well, there may be a purpose for getting outfished then," she meowed, glaring at Coaltail. He stared innocently back at her.

Siren shrugged, and said nothing more about it. She stepped back from the stream, six fish laying in her pile. "You have a lot of cats in your clan, do you ever go hungry?" she asked

Leo gazed around camp happily, then settled down in the Sun to groom himself, He couldn't afford to look like his usual shabby self around these new cats, or give a bad impression from the start.
