Flamespirit felt a rush of guilt on the tom's face, he should be staying in camp and teaching the young tom not out hunting. Though to be honest it wasn't really his choice so he forced his gaze away from his apprentice and back to Willowsong. "Thanks, I am sure Flintpaw will appreciate it. I feel bad that he wasn't called to go on patrol" he meowed softly. He lifted his gaze again to look around camp and spotted Snailspot, the larger tom must not have noticed that they had been called for patrol. "Snailspot! Nightscar wan'ts you and Duskpaw on the hunting patrol with us" he called out. He was only trying to be helpful, though he wasn't sure if it would come across that way. Something he was never sure how what he said came across as. He tried to not be too loud but sometimes it was just always a bit much.

DuskPaw slept, Not realizing that she WAS Supposed to go on patrol.

He hopped to his feet when he heard his name being called, looking around wildly. "Who said--" He stopped himself when he realized Flamespirit was looking at him, obviously expecting a reply. "OH-- Uh-- Alright, I-I'm coming!" He meowed back, his fur standing on end in embarrasment as he hurried along towards the fiery coloured tom and the she-cat beside him, stopping to tap Duskpaw in hopes of waking her up. "Hey, Duskpaw- Duskpaawwww.. Wake up!! We're.. we're going on that hunting patrol you talked about earlier!" He mewed quickly, smiling nervously down at his sleepy apprentice before looking back up at the two cats, grinning sheepishly as he padded towards them. "I.. I'm sorry that I didn't hear you earlier!! Well.. did you even call earlier? I guess I didn't hear you.. sorry!!" He muttered apologeticly, unaware that he'd repeated himself twice. "I was just.. waiting until someone came over to me.. I-I suppose I spaced out!! .. Hahaa.."

DuskPaw yawned and got up, "Oh, hey SnailSpot! Is it time?" He busted out with the energy she collected in sleep

"Yep! Lest get to it! If you find anything odd on this patrol just report it to me or Flamespirit as I think we are leading." She padded away towards the forest with the fire colored warrior by her side.

DuskPaw followed, then a scent crossed her nose. Being the curious cat she was, she ran to it and saw a large Golden thing by the water.

Matsa splashed the water, Happily hunting for somekind of fish to eat.

Flamespirit glanced around at the others and then stepped forward sticking out his paw and putting it in front of Willowsong to stop the she-cat. "We are still missing Wasppaw and Lionjaw, Duskpaw would you mind going to check the apprentice den to see if Wasppaw is still asleep? I will go see if Lionjaw is asleep in the warriors den and then we can be off" he meowed easily taking control of the situation. He cast a look over the clan members with him and then started towards the warriors den. He was no deputy but he was expecting his orders to be taken to heart, after all the other's hadn't remembered that they were missing members of the hunting party. Two to be exact. As he padded over to the warriors den he made sure to keep himself together, after all he had just given orders something he wasn't used to. He slipped through the den entrance and slipped past his still slumbering sister and to Lionjaw. He reached out and gently pawed at the larger tom cat. "Lionjaw, Nightscar wants you to join the hunting patrol" he meowed. He would have had Snailspot come wake up Lionjaw but he had noticed the way the other tom acted around Lionjaw and right now speed was the key. That was something he wasn't sure that Snailspot could do.
